Zero stars! Customer service is horrible and items are way overpriced. Basically, 25% off of original price (research prices before buying). Employee was taking pictures (assuming to post) and gave this look when I started looking at the items on the rack. Excuse me for getting in the way. Other lady came out and literally stated, "What can I help you with?" to my husband. Excuse me, but that could have been a little nicer and not said with a tone.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I was in the establishment a few weeks ago. I went to retrieve a couple of items I entrusted to them. Before I went I was told that if my items were on a certain list, I could pick them up for a nominal fee. I was sent the list because I was on it. When I drove all the way there to pick up a couple of things I was told they were not ready to be picked up. I was spoken to as if I was trailer trash. I ask for the manager. When she approached me she looked me up and down with a look of disgust. Apparently when you are in mourning you have to be all dolled up to get any respect from this location. My husband passed away 6 months ago. When I am talking to the manager she said the person I talked to and the person that emailed me told me the wrong info and it wasn't her fault. I explained that as a manager she is essentially responsible for making sure her people are trained properly. She got so defensive and could not separate herself further from the "My Sister's Closet" name!! She then yelled at me, told me she wasn't going to put up with this crap and would not allow me to sell my purses there. This woman should not only NOT be in customer service let alone be a manager. I was told I would be called when they found my things. I started this review that day then realized my items were still in their possession and I may not get them back. I deleted that post. Well I got 3 of the 4 items back and the one thing conveniently missing is the most expensive purse of them all. I decided to do a little research and I have to say I wasn't surprised by the reviews and negative comments. BUT I was surprised to find out that the "manager" is actually the CEO and founder of My Sister's Closet. It's apparent that she has lost her original vision for what she wanted her company to stand for and what customer service should be, no matter what a person looks like. Years ago I would go to her Chandler location which had the nicest staff. Very disappointed.

Love shopping here , I have found so many beautiful and unique pieces here as well as sold some items here! I get more compliments when I am wearing something from my sisters closet and love the idea of recycling in this retail world !
Cornell is so helpful in the consignment area and has such a kind manner !
Lou is always helpful in giving help in her good taste and that means so much !
The sisters closet is a treasure indeed!

The customer service is absolutely horrible. I walked in and smiled and made eye contact with an employee. He didn’t say hello, how are you, do you need any help. Nothing. I proceeded to look at the shoes. I saw another employee. No engagement, nothing. Whatever. I then looked around the rest of the store and ended up back to the shoes because I was hoping to buy a pair of heels. I was looking for employees to help me. Minutes pass by and yet, no one was around. I shouldn’t have to look for employees to help me when there are more employees in the store than customers. I finally saw two employees (who I thought were customers) who were sitting down laughing and discussing what time they get off of work. During my 15 minutes in that store I saw 6 employees. NOT ONE OF THEM SAID HELLO. Not one of them offered to help me. Horrible experienced. Do not go here if you want to feel like a human being let alone a customer trying to support a business.

I like the store itself and the display and racks of clothing. They were very easy to get to. You will find that most of the Shoppers here are self-sufficient, know what they're looking for. If you like me, and you have no idea you will have a difficult time trying to locate someone who works there to help you. Then walk around like they're better than you and do absolutely nothing unless you are at the checkout. Especially the person checking your clothes, they looked like their dog just got ran over. Kind of makes the experience sour. I tried on a beautiful dress that was $180, normally $500 at neiman's. Had someone told me how beautiful the dress looked on me, I may have purchased it. Oh well.

My wife and I called there twice on 5/18/24 between approximately11:37-11:40. Both times I picked up the phone and I could hear two women talking in the back ground. Both times somebody hung up the phone without an intial greeting . This is a joke and under no circumstances should you frequent a store that has customer service like this. Obviously the manager has no control of their employees. Off to a competitor I go.

Love finding my favorite designer brands. It is a little difficult to find sizes sometimes and the exact brand I'm looking for because it isn't labeled on a sign anywhere. I have to search the whole clothing rack to find the specific brands I'm looking for. Love all the options though.

I took some items in to be consigned. The gentleman I spoke with, wanted me to fill out some paperwork before he would look at my items. I asked why not go through the items first to see if they were something they would take. Took him about 45 minutes to finally go through my items. I was told that they would not take the brands that I was dropping off. Funny thing was three of the items was dropping off, were brands I saw for sale in the store while I waited.

So disappointed this store will no longer be somewhere I shop. I have shopped at the location on Scottsdale and Lincoln for years. I cannot describe how rude the people working here are. I have NEVER felt so unwelcome In a store. I’ll take my money elsewhere-I love to shop, just won’t be doing it here. The owners should really read the reviews and rethink their customer service strategy.
