First time home buyers—had a bad experience with a Zillow “loan officer” who told us we were “pre-approved” for a condo we made an offer on and then once it was accepted, told us we needed to come up with an additional $15k to put down. We were fortunately then referred by a good friend to Brian for a second opinion and he responded right away, even though it was a Saturday evening. Thanks to his honesty and quick response, we were able to walk away from the deal and still keep our earnest money. He then worked the numbers for us so we could continue looking and make offers with confidence. Sure enough, the buying process ended up being very smooth this time and we even closed early. Will definitely use him again in the future—highly recommend!

For starters, I rarely write reviews but Brian does an excellent job at finding the best rates and getting it done. In todays crazy lending environment, I was fortunate to have someone recommend him to me after I had tried to refinance what should have been a fairly simple home mortgage with another company that took more than 8 months. I finally said enough is enough and called Brian. He closed the refi in less than 45 days.Brian is now working on another mortgage for me on a second property and I have also referred him to friends and family. Thanks again Brian.

I have recommend Brian to many friends and family members and am pleased to provide this 5* review. Brian has done multiple refinances for us. I always shop around for rates and each time Brian offers the best rate at the lowest cost. He is also always available by text or call even on weekends or late at night (because who has time to deal with refinances during the day).

Brian was great in how he handled every step of our refinancing process. He was communicative and prompt in his responses. I would reach out to him with a few questions at random times, sometimes late and sometimes on the weekend, and he was quick to reply. I referred Brian to many friends and family members and they felt like their refinancing was handled with care.
