This is a great little Mont Blanc! As far as Mont Blanc stores go in size this is easily one of the smallest I've been to, but I was wildly impressed with the salespeople. I wasn't here for a pen, but specifically for inks and paper, and they treated me with the same level of service as if I were going to buy a pen. They made sure I saw everything I wanted, showed me the various inks, and did not rush me whatsoever. As people came into the store salespeople in the back would immediately come out to help them. No one waited for assistance and everyone was greeted upon entry. They don't have the largest selection due to size constraints but they are very helpful. I left glad that I stopped in.

A beautiful boutique with incredible people to help you find the right thing for you or yours.Take a stop in and see all that Montblanc has to offer as it is much more than the beautiful pens they are known for.

Nice stuff but was disturbed to hear you can't put the cap on the back of the pens after removing it or you'll scratch the barrel. They only had one that was designed to put the cap on the end.

The guy Miguel Lopez who works there is an as*****. You can purchase your stuff from better shops.

I drove a long way to come to this store only to be met with a velvet rope keeping me out if I did not have a mask on. Going on three years this should not be a consideration, especially for the vaccinated. Some will say this is my problem. That is fine. But for me, this is Montblanc's problem. Going into their store, spending my money on a 149, is what they want from customers. I do not have to go into their store. I will purchase a Visconti instead. It is just time to move on from this stuff.

I bought two pens on montblanc.com last week. But the package come was not gift wrapped, because it's gifts to my friend so I asked my husband went to this store to get some gift bag. I am so grateful for the lady who helped my husband. My husband said she was very nice and She helped him wrapped and packed the two pens very nicely. He Forgot ask her name, but great customer service and we will definitely purchase in the store in the future.

My pen broke and Jeanet, the rep who sold me the pen went above and beyond to help me with the process of getting the pen repaired. I highly recommend seeing her for anything Mont Blanc! She is flat out awesome!
