“I went to the T-Mobile store on Indian Bend to have a SIM card installed on my IPad. I was having trouble installing it. Eathan was really enthusiastic about helping me. Within two minutes, I had cellular service. He even put my cover on. I also met Rafael and Nick. They were very friendly.
What I liked about this store is that it is staffed with industrious person who are sincerely interested in helping the customer. Although this was a simple process, I feel confident these TMobile employees would help solve any complicated issues a customer might have.”

“It’s not often you give somebody a hug for helping you at a store, my less a store for a wireless service provider. Salvador, from this Verizon location, deserves the biggest hug ever for helping me. He went way over above to make sure I had what I needed even staying hours past closing time to do it. I needed a new line for a business. I was opening the following day and he made sure I had it. I’m so thankful and will always go back to the store for future needs.”

“I usually brace myself for less-than-stellar service, but not this time. I went to Target on my lunch break to purchase a wired headphone and was having a hard time finding it. I asked for help and patiently waited for assistance. KIMBERLY showed up and exceeded my expectations. “This is a super store with food, liquor clothes and other items. I was looking for a new small skillet for making my egg whites. I saw a few but they were large in size. I also went into the electronics area poking around with the tech stuff. This Target had so much more merchandise than the one I typically visit. I could've spent more time there but had to move on.Shared parking lot and WiFi.”
“I've been coming to this location for over 11 years. Without fail, their customer service and support have always been on point. They always help me with my plan and equipment when the time arises to renew or update something - and are super patient with me.
I just spent 3 hours there today, got my plan revised, new phone and everything successfully transferred. If I was tech savvy, I probably could have saved them, and myself, loads of time. However, that is not my jam and truly not fair to the equipment that I mangle.
Each time I've been here, the staff makes a very overwhelming process for me super easy. Can't thank y'all enough!! Plus, you save me money every time. XO”
