“Just had the most amazing service at the Verizon Store in the Summit Plaza by a gal named SUNNY. Sunny went above and beyond anything I expected and helped solve my issue seamlessly. She also made me aware of some additional services that saved me money! I sat back and watched her work solving 3 people’s problems almost simultaneously. Pleasant, efficient, and just unbelievable! Go to the Verizon Store at the Summit and talk to Sunny…..she will not disappoint!”

“I can't believe that this place has such low reviews. I had to bring my phone in to get fixed, after getting it replaced just a few days before somewhere else. After the first place, my phone screen stopped working (the touch) to the point where it wasn't responsive to any touch. The side volume was also pressed in. We called ahead of time to see if they were still open and the cost of replacement, and the man working (I didn't catch his name) kindly informed us of the cost and that I could bring it in even right before closing. He examined my phone before repairing to determine whether it would need repaired, replaced my screen, AND helped clean the volume button area to bring the button back out. He replaced it and my screen works perfectly well now. He was so so nice. I definitely recommend this place.”

“It’s not often you give somebody a hug for helping you at a store, my less a store for a wireless service provider. Salvador, from this Verizon location, deserves the biggest hug ever for helping me. He went way over above to make sure I had what I needed even staying hours past closing time to do it. I needed a new line for a business. I was opening the following day and he made sure I had it. I’m so thankful and will always go back to the store for future needs.”
