Even though I didn't get insurance through them. (Long Story). Words can't describe how much praise I give this office. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond. Even tried to help even though I had to go with a different company. Would gladly pay more just because of their customer service. Thank you to everyone I. That office.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE have been with this agent a few years and didn't realize the young lady that I contacted to add my Sons car to my insurance policy wrote the wrong policy . His car got stolen from ASU parking garage and I had to pay $4900 worth of damage out of pocket she actually wrote a policy only covering him when he drives any vehicle . I have been contacting Misty and they keep saying they are waiting on Allstate to respond it's been 4 months . I also decided to check on my homeowners insurance and found out she underinsured my home as well . I have cancelled all policies and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this agent . NEGLIGENT!!

Absolutely terrible insurance agent. I wasn't happy with how high my bill was, so her solution was to add on renters insurance that raised my bill. I told her that I didn't want renters insurance and she said it will actually save me money and get me a lower bill. That is not the truth and it gave me a higher bill, and then when I tried to confront her about it she ignored my emails and had someone else give me the runaround.

Misty is one of the best Agents that I’ve had. My prior carrier doesn’t compare to the feeling of being taken care of like Misty’s office. Great people to talk too as well there!
