My insurance does not require a copay for any MinuteClinic, which is the entire reason I came in, and when I visited this location, the doctor said she "accidentally pressed the button" and I'd have to request a refund. That was on July 31st. I've spent hours and hours on hold with CVS as well as my insurance, even having my insurance conference call with CVS to tell them I don't have a copay, and after a month and a half, I called for the fourth time today and was told my insurance did pay everything, but for some reason I'm "not in the system for a refund" and would have to wait 4 to 6 more weeks. You will never again see your money stolen by these crooks if you go here. Go anywhere else for medical help. A back alley would even be better.

I had a covid test done at CVS Fountain Hills on 8/3/2022. I was required to pay $140 up front before they would even schedule test. I had checked with my secondary insurer an they would cover this if Medicare did not. I've called minuteclinic several time to find status of my refund. I was told at least 3 times that it was filed with Medicare. Medicare either Denis or accepts claim, if denied it is forwarded to my secondary then they pay minuteclinc and minuteclinic reimburses me. Today after talking to minutclinic they said they had not heard back from Medicare. I called Medicare they could Not find any claim from minuteclinic. Called minuteclinc back and this person told me it was attached to claim as a prepay and was never sent to Medicare as that is policy for prepay. This has been over 3 months now. DO NOT TRUST MINUTECLINC I HAVE BEEN LIED TO FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. DO NOT USE CVS OR MINUTECLINC IF YOU WANT DECENT SERVICE.

Got delayed by few w/ 2 little kids after going accidentally to another CVS location. Bluntly told to take another appointment even after seeing my 7 year old pleading to be seen by a doctor and there was 0 patients waiting. To top it, next patient who was grown up arrived 10 minutes after we checked in and was also late but admitted.Would highly recommend avoiding this particular location!

Such a clean minute clinic. Everyone I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I was seen before my appointment time and was in and out in max 15 minutes. I couldn't recommend this location enough!

Alexandria and Jen were so great. They were both so compassionate, thorough, and kind. I normally hate going to the doctor but the two of them made this unexpected sick visit as pleasant as it possibly could've been. They were punctual and efficient but at no point did I feel like they were rushing me out. They took their time with me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back the next time I need a last minute appointment!

Showed up at 5:45 because their website says walk-ins accepted until 6:30p. No one there so waited for provider to come out and asked and she told me she had no availability. Waste of time!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I never write bad reviews but if I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Nurse Hayley Kopp hung up in my face TWICE when she called me to tell me angrily that I needed to reschedule my covid testing for showing up 7 mins late. Now I understand showing up late is an inconvenience and if I had to reschedule then so be it but hanging up in my face twice was RUDE and completely uncalled for. Two of CVS’s code of conduct values are Caring & Integrity. This nurse was neither and clearly doesn’t need to be working in public health and customer service. I’m still shocked. I’ve gone to a lot of cvs locations for covid testing and they’re always nice, professional and quick and I will continue to go to them in the midst of this pandemic but I promise you I will NEVER be back to this one and neither should you. If you want to be taken care of professionally there’s a great minute clinic located off Frank Lloyd Wright go to that one instead.

Just got back from this clinic a minute ago. Set the appointment 30 mins ahead of time, drove straight there, was done in 15 minutes, pricing was exactly as shown on the website. I have gone to DOs elsewhere to get ear wax removed before- I have to have it done quite often- and had the worst experience. The NP working at this clinic today, Alexandria, is clearly experienced and confident and did an incredible job.To me, this is much better than UrgentCares in the area. No waiting at all and got exactly what I needed at the exact price I expected. Also got an NP that seemed experienced, confident, and was very friendly.Personally, I will be going to CVS minute clinics versus UC or actual doctors whenever possible- very highly recommended. Thanks Alex- I can hear now!-TJ

NP Rachel assisted me during my visit and she was SPECTACULAR. I could not praise her enough. I had to wait in the lobby area for about an hour or so because I was a walk-in (and I fully expected this to happen) but every time she came out to get the next patient, she made the point to ask me how I was holding up and that she would be seeing me soon.Once I got in to see her, she was very friendly, nice, and sympathetic to my illness. She examined me thoroughly and gave me a couple of options to help me. She took the time to listen to my questions and answered them very efficiently. I hope I never get sick again to go back, but if I do, I would love being treated here.

Went in for a flu shot on a Sunday. The PC was very nice and got us taken care of even though it was 20 minutes before they closed and we made her stay a little later than her regular quitting time.
