I never write bad reviews but this location is rough, a bunch of kids working here with no cares in the world, I waited 20 min at the drive-thru window before anyone even came to the window… horrible experience and I will stay away from this branch from now on!!!

Would give zero stars if I could . Have a credit card with MidFirst and came in to the branch with a bag of change and they told me I can't use the coin machine unless I pay a fee . Both my parents have an account with MidFirst and they were told when they opened the account that the coin machine was available to customers as well as the public, friends and family . Still they insisted I must have an account. Since I was left with no choice I asked to sit down and open an account with Michelle so I could use the coin machine . Michelle then said she wouldn't open me an account just so I could use the machine. I was denied an account and told I was raising my voice when I expressed calmly that it was my business to use the account how I please . Pretty sad how she turns away and treats customers who need a legitimate banking need . I was just trying to get my coins cashed and expressed how it was rude and she then proceeded to tell me to leave while stating I was raising my voice , when I never raised my voice one time . It was so bad another customer saw what was happening and felt bad for me and said he couldn't believe I was treated that way and assured me I never raised my voice . I suggest baking with someone who actually wants you to bank with them and someone who will actually help you out . This is not the place. Thanks again Michelle !

Beautiful branches, generally friendly staff. However, as a 15 year CEO with business operations in multiple states, businesses that have millions of dollars in flow, with a substantial number of full time employees --- I was appalled by my experience at MidFirst Bank in Scottsdale -- particularly with "Michelle" the "Assistant Manager". The first time I met her, when opening the personal accounts, she was less than friendly. As time went on, I would go in to send occasional wires for various personal business matters. She had an attitude every time this needed to be done. On 7/6/23, she declined to help with a wire 1.5 hours before closing at the Scottsdale Rd. location, making a headache for me and making me fail to meet a commitment. The following day, I returned to make a deposit and wire and she let me know that my accounts had been closed. No reason was given. First time a bank has closed all of my accounts. Never happened before. I would highly recommend to bank management that they get rid of this employee and hire someone who understands customer service. Even if they get by with paying her $40,000 a year, it's not worth the lost customers.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We opened a checking account in Feb 2021. I've been contacting Jake Sugges since then and now Jonathan Hefflinger. It is now November 11, 2022. I still don't have electronic access to our account and both Jake and Jonathan have continued to ignore me. Run far away from this place! We will be closing our account and taking our business to a bank that values its customers.

Friendly staff, generally, but limited online support. Zelle service is only available from the phone app and rarely functions. Drive-thru is generally efficient. However you are required to come inside for withdrawals of a couple grand or more, which I think is very inconvenient. Tap ? if this was helpful.

Very slow service, they will make you wait and hold on call until you disconnect by yourself. Morever, if you have any issues they will take ages to resolve it. Maybe they won't resolve it at all..

Probably one of the best banking experiences I have ever had. You are treated very well at this branch and any branch in the valley. Because they have limited locations, i can use any ATM i find convenient and they will reimburse any fees i incur. How awesome is that! If you are sick of the big banks, give them a shot. You might be surprised.
