Horrible customer service!!!! The employees are racist and ghetto and rude. They didn’t want me to return the purchase that I made because i do not have a receipt!!!! When i called their other location at the Keirland commons, they were able to accept the return by just using the phone number that I used when I made a purchase!!!!! Will never come back at this store!!!!!

Customer service are bad. She looks people outfit and how she treated. That day I went there because I wanted to buy 3 big handbags for my aunt and 4 handbags for my cousin. But she look at to me and she thinks I can’t buy. Whatever I touched, she asked me like something bad attitude. She is not saying but we know. I love MK bags but now I change coach. They treated us good. I don’t care price. I only care who treat good to customers. That day she look at us like we thrive. So annoying !we finished work and We don’t have time to change close then we go there . That why she treated bad. Whatever all people are same even we don’t wear nice clothes.

Came here a couple weeks ago for a Christmas gift for my sister Christan was just AMAZING!!!! out of the top such a great experience! Going up the the register I can just hear the other employees giving the same energy as Christan did to us ! Will definitely be coming back ! Perfect customer service

The staff here was soooo friendly! Seriously the best customer service I've had in a long time from all 3 girls working. They helped me exchange a Christmas gift, let me try on watches, recommended wallets, they did it all. I will definitely continue shopping here 100%
