I love this little mall. Great restaurants, many shops to shop and a great path for walking or riding a bike and a few places to sit down and watch the ducks. BUT DO NOT FEED THE DUCKS.Also watch out for some pedestrians who think they can just walk in front of you as you try to make your way to a parking space. Drivers were more courteous than the pedestrians.Looks like a great place at night time with patio dining.And I saw a sign for a breakfast buffet? Go online or call and check before you go.

A very nice outdoor mall that was quite busy during the dining hours. A majority of the mall has many restaurants to choose from. There are some other small business such as jewelers, art studio, exercise program beer bar and nail spa. There's plenty of parking both near the stores and a free indoor/outdoor garage. Many of the restaurants had outdoor covered seating to enjoy a meal. If you walk toward the north end of the mall, there is a walkway to the beautiful lake. There is a pretty path to walk or bike on. There's a grassy area as well for sitting to enjoy the sights. WiFi available at certain businesses.

Not what it used to be. Even the frozen Margaritas were not as good as in the past .There mini corn muffins are to die for ,ask for seconds ,and thirds they're free.

ZTejas was outstanding!! Great service, great food and friendly staff. Hadn't been there in ages....I remember the first ZTejas at Scottsdale Fashion Square!!!
