Visited the store on 59th Ave and Bethany Home in Arizona. 8:00 am, made a mobile order. Proceeded to wait in my vehicle until 8:18 am, still no order! At this point we had to go inside the store, Our orders STILL were not ready. The manager on shift (Madi) was very Loud , Rude & Wrong! She had my daughter's order Totally wrong and acted and spoke to my daughter like she didn't know what she ordered when clearly my daughter had PROOF! This location sucks, they're ALWAYS slow and messing up orders, they NEVER have enough staff & it really should be closed down! They allow homeless and solicitors to stand around the door as well as INSIDE, coughing, smelling etc.!! Tried reaching out to corporate before, no response. Today (9/2/24) was my last straw, so I decided to take my complaint to the internet as a Review. Tired of them getting away with bad customer service, wrong orders, etc!! I'm telling EVERYONE I know NOT to Patronize this location.! They NEED Help and I'm not talking about employees either! REVAMP with NEW LEADERS!! Please Sheesh!

I ordered over $40 worth of food
I asked for 2 Big Macs NO lettuce I got 3x the lettuce. I ordered 2 hot fudge sounded lady handed me one said I did not order 2 when I showed her my receipt she got attitude. This is not first time it seems to be a pattern now. I frequent this McDonald’s weekly my grandkids love food but I’m thinking on not viset anymore due to constant bad attitude and poor service. If drive thru employees not like their job then they should get another not take out their bad day on customers as I’m never rude to them
I ordered drive thru on 7/16/24 at about 11:30-11:35am I ordered 2 Big Mac meals no lettece ( got extra),3 kids meals ( only got 2), 2 hot fudge sundaes, a cheeseburger meat/cheese only. I really hope you take this seriously as I see a lot of complaints on our neighborhood watch page about this restaurant mistakes and attitudes only to have employees go on say we’ll eat at home! Do they realize if people stop

Little skinny black girl didn't know the difference between a mcdouble and a double cheeseburger. Asked her if one has more cheese, and her answer was, " I guess so "!!!
Man it really doesn't take a rock scientist to work at McDonald's.

MacDonald’s doesn’t care how bad their management is. The company is all the way downhill. Try reading reviews of your various MacDonald’s locations and learn from them. Start with the badly run location at 2540 W Chandler Boulevard in Chandler, Az. Everything from employees not washing their hands to them also goofing off while lines of cars are waiting. You ought to be embarrassed.

Food was warm — but no napkins nor Coffee stirs are given — I m assuming,unless you ask for them — we didn’t get either — I didn’t realize it till we were out of line — had to pull in front and walk inside for some—- we didn’t wait to long for our good — clean facility outside., and inside.—

Mac n cheese bite cost too much. $3.99 for 4 of them!? Ridiculous!! I was going to get enough fordddsggch 50 people, but that won't happen at that price. Even the manager who gave me one to try said that thatthe same thing..
