Kim was awesome! I really appreciated her taking the time to explain everything to me. She didn't pressure me to buy anything unlike other places and I feel like I got a great mattress for a great price. I would definitely recommend mattress by appointment!

I’ll start by saying this is one of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’m new to Scottsdale and let me I feel extremely welcomed. She is very kind, professional and very easy to work with. I was able to schedule an appointment nd leave home with my brand new mattress in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The whole process of getting a mattress was easy, simple very informative And I got my order earlier than I expected, which I am super grateful for. The communication was perfect from the beginning to the end. Finding the location was very easy going through the process to get the mattress was a breeze, Kim was very kind and informative with everything. She answered all my questions broke down The process to me. Made my kids feel very welcome to when we came to get the mattress. I would definitely recommend if someone is looking to get a very good quality mattress. Definitely knowing that mattresses are an investment she helped me understand which one would be better for me in the long run. The price for the mattress is Good especially for the equality! Delivery was really easy and fast . Overall, I loved the experience. I will definitely be going back. Can’t wait til my frame comes in (: (

I had a great experience. The lady was so friendly and made everything super easy. I love my mattress and was able to pay it off in 90 days, which for me was a plus because I'm financially dealing with so much. I made my last payment and I am so happy. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

What an experience. We had put off replacing our bed for far too long because we hate shopping for furniture. Made the appointment and met Kim at the store. She was there waiting for us. No pressure, no haunting sales people and since it's by appointment, no other people to make it uncomfortable. Tested different types of mattresses and Kim had answers to all our questions. Significantly lower cost than regular furniture stores and reasonable cost for delivery and removal of the old mattress. Highly recommend Mattress By Appointment.
