Matt and Ramiro have been great since I switched my policy over from another state a few years ago. I always get a timely and friendly response. I recently added home insurance to my policy and another vehicle. When we had a chipped windshield they had a great referral who got the job done. Thanks for the great support and service!

I like the personable service I always get when I go into Matt's office or call on the phone. Everyone is very helpful and they always answer my questions in a professional and timely manner, which puts me at ease. I recommend them to anyone who needs insurance.

Unprofessional. Matt called and left me a voicemail saying they were not going renew my homeowner's policy a week before it expired. And I didn't even have claims. The 2 claims I put in were office errors vecause his office helpede submit claims I was not covered for and they were denied so could not renew. Due to his office negligence. I tried calling that back to clear it up. But Matt never returned my phone call extremely unprofessional I had to switch agents.

Chel Hicks is a amazing person, no matter what my issue is she tends to help me to the best of her abilities. She shows how much she cares about her customers and doesn’t allow me to feel like this is just a paycheck. Chel is the reason I chose to stay with Statefarm:)

I recently moved to Scottsdale from out of state and had switch everything over. Got a new car, sold a car etc. and Ramiro has been super helpful. Always quick to reply and an upbeat attitude which makes Insurance more fun!

I had to get renter's insurance in a hurry and these guys really helped. Service was quick and accurate and best of all, I got a great rate. They helped again with a change of "interested party" when my complex changed their policy. Got it done the same day helping me avoid a fee. Highly recommend!
