I would give a negative 5 if I could. Website and sign in door says they open at 9AM. I've been sitting here for over an hour (now after 10)...still locked up and closed. I need my package. Second day in a row where this happened. I made a comment when this happened yesterday and didn't even get a shrug of the shoulders - he doesn't care. I'll never use this place again.

We have always had a good experience here since the newer owners took over many years ago. I used to avoid this place, but am happy to have the convenience of this mailbox shop nearby. I mainly have dropped packages off, but I've also shipped from here, and purchased boxes when in a pinch.
It's a small shop, very quiet, but a helpful addition to the neighborhood because I don't want to go to the Post Office or UPS.

Brought a ton of boxes here near closing each day for a week. They were friendly and helpful, never complaining about the closeness to closing, how my boxes took up all their storage, or the amount of work I created for them. Good people.

The Mailbox Shop was great. There was no line and the gentleman behind the counter was helpful and friendly. The price was also good. This place also takes drop offs for all major shipment companies. This will be my regular go-to now for shipping.

Terrible customer service. I think the sons of the actual owners manage the store and in my experience they don’t have the necessary business experience or customer service approach.

I've used these guys quite a few times to mail small letters / packages to family, always been a really easy quick in and out 5 minutes, dude behind the counter was super friendly and easy going.

Been going to the shop for over five years now. John is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Always excellent, speedy customer service and competitive pricing to boot. I'm never going back to UPS Store.
