“The primary reason I stayed at this facility so long was Charles. It’s sad he left. It used to feel like a trusted second home for my things, but now it just feels kind of like a commercial storage building with some employees. I’m sure the new staff is great, but I never got the chance to meet them or get introduced. No point in driving out of the way anymore, I’ll find something closer/cheaper.
Excellent beautiful building though, worked great for a few years, relatively fair pricing and safe surroundings. Easy access and move in / move out policies.

“The best service out of all shipping, print, office, stores. I went to 5 stores, all refused to PRINT 2 Envelopes for wedding invites I was missing. “It was worth it” for their $2. NOT HERE. They did they 2 invites for me, made it identical to the ones I had before and helped me save my issue with wedding in Invites. Veejay was awesome!!! (Sorry if spelt wrong).”
“I have been a tenant with Lux Offices for over 12 years now and would highly recommend. The environment within in the office setting is professional yet extremely friendly. Arlena and Gaby are always happy to help. The amenities included in the rent are everything we need. There is a nice communal kitchen area and additional corporate meetings rooms available for use. The decor and lighting are inviting and the parking is literally outside the door so no need to walk in the heat. We are overall very happy with our choice to rent our office suite at Lux Offices.”

“We have always had a good experience here since the newer owners took over many years ago. I used to avoid this place, but am happy to have the convenience of this mailbox shop nearby. I mainly have dropped packages off, but I've also shipped from here, and purchased boxes when in a pinch.
It's a small shop, very quiet, but a helpful addition to the neighborhood because I don't want to go to the Post Office or UPS.”

“Amazing customer service. I had a heavy treadmill to return, and Scott at the store came out to my car brought the package in himself. I ended up having to wait 48 hours to return the product due to an Amazon issue, and Scott then picked up the 70lb package and brought it back to my car himself. He didn’t have to do all of that so I was extremely impressed with his customer service. Thank you again Scott!”

“Self service Amazon return was easy. It's to your right about 20 feet after you walk in.
On another visit, I showed up right before close and had a problem with one of the returns, so the gentleman helped me finish my returns a few minutes after close. I felt bad, but he did the right thing for customer service and I was grateful for that.
.... Printing is super expensive compared to FedEx. And they have a self printing desk but it's complicated compared to FedEx. The 2 options are a USB key (is it 2005??) or open a browser and find what you want to print (meaning you need to enter your email & password on a public computer.....no). So definitely avoid printing at UPS if possible.”
“The Staff at this location is always willing to help, whether it is with me needing to overnight a package or Return an item to Amazon they are always willing to help. The few times their has been a line, the staff respects its customers by keeping the line moving or manning two positions so where one is backing up due to someone completing a form, the other line can help keep the wait down.
The staff has always been polite and courteous and they always greet me by name and with a smile. I don't know how they remember that I had a package delivered so by the time I have grabbed my mail and am walking up to the counter, my package they already grabbed from the back and it is already their waiting form me. That is Service!!!!!
I highly recommend this location to anyone who want excellent service, delivered with that feeling of being welcomed and appreciated.”
