I always have a wonderful experience here! I've shipped multiple packages to Norway, Ireland and even domestically and the whole process from start to finish is done with such ease and thoroughness. My packages always arrive in perfect condition and on time! I will never go anywhere else!!

The guy let me come in early for my fingerprints and was very kind and patient. I would definitely recommend this place for all your mail and parcel shipping, along with any fingerprinting needs.

Very nice lady/owner yesterday. Due to a mess up on my behalf I was unable to do an Amazon return at this store. I had 3 large boxes. She did everything possible to help and then lent me her trolley to help put boxes on to take to another location. Brought it back 30mns later. How trustful and caring. I always come here to send items.

I have used this business for several years. I love the proximity to my home and the fact that I never have to wait for service. However I have discovered recently that if you encounter any problems with a package's delivery they aren't much help. I paid $18 for a package to be delivered in 2-3 days (I am aware this isn't guaranteed) and the tracking 10 days later shows it never was "accepted" by the post office. Mail and Parcel told me to deal with the post office (which I am doing) but also denied me a refund for the $18 I spent to have the package mailed. I paid for a service, they did not deliver. The post office won't refund me the $18 because I didn't pay them. Certainly some responsibility must lie with this business? I am very disappointed and frustrated. I dread going to the post office for my mailing needs in the future but no longer see a benefit to patronizing this particular business if they don't stand by their customers when service has failed.

This is a super convenient store - a one-stop shop. It has multiple reserved parking spaces, so I have never had to waste time looking for a place to park. The service is quick, efficient and friendly. I am usually helped by Isaiah, who is always gracious and helpful.

I’m so grateful for this store and the high quality service they offer. The prices are cheaper than other places I’ve been and the costumer service is exceptionally good. I drive 15 minutes to get there because I have tried all the other postal stores including UPS stores around me and this store’s services, treatment and prices are better than all of them! The owner and the staff are all friendly, dedicated and honest with their costumers. I highly recommend this Male & Parcel Store at 8390 E Via de Ventura in Scottsdale.

I hate to share my little secret with all of you but this is a one-stop shop and a real find! I am a little surprised that I havent reviewed it before. I love the fact that they are always so helpful. I mail everything from here! (Actually, come to think of it, I frequent this place A LOT). It saves me so much time because they do it all I don't have to worry about sorting packages for diffferent mail carriers because they do them all here. It is so easy. No brainer. They also offer many other services like shredding and PO boxes. This is a find! The only place I go for all of my mailing needs.

I read all the reviews so went here today to ship several large packages. Steven was working and he couldn't have been more helpful, kind and just the best service. The reviews are all true, this is a bit of hike from where I live, but I will go there to get the good service, knowing they'll do a great job packaging and shipping my items and make the entire interaction enjoyable. I will definitely make this my only stop when i have items to shop.

We used Mail & Parcel Express, 8390 E. via de Ventura, Ste F-110, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 for a little more than a year, and they are simply excellent. They took excellent care of our mail, and contacted us every time something unusual needed attention--even for a time after our contract expired. They were "on our side"! Alway friendly, always helpful, and always professional!
