This Macy's is a two story operation and is pretty well stocked with brand names. They even have a separate shoe area where a Finish Line is located. I found a shirt on sale here for $10. My only issue was all the registers in the immediate area were closed. I had to circle around a few times to find a register to pay at.

I used my Christmas bonus to buy my wife a ring at Macys. It was pretty and she loved it. However not soon after the purchase two of the small diamonds fell off. I went in to get it repaired and was told that I had to purchase the protection plan in order to get it fixed. I was also told that it would take up to 2 weeks as it had to be shipped to California. Well that was 6 weeks ago and I still dont have my ring back. Turns out they had to ship it to New York to get it fixed and it could take 'up to six weeks' to get it back. Well its past that time now and Im really unhappy. I feel like I got played. If I could do it over again, I would never have gone there in the first place. Its impossible to get anyone on the phone and I have no idea why anything should take more than 6 weeks to fix. The staff is nice but that doesnt make up for the joke thats been played on me.

I saw a new sofa that I was interested in purchasing. I have made my last three major furniture purchases from Macy's in Chandler. The sofa I wanted to purchase was not at the Chandler Macy's location but was available at the SCOTTSDALE, AZ location. I was finally able today to make time to drive to SCOTTSDALE location to see the Jenselle sofa. That sofa would not work for my home but because I have purchased other furniture at Macy's I walked around at least two or three times, sat on 3 different sofas. As I was leaving I had to use the restroom. I heard another customer ask where the restrooms were. Her salesman told her it was in the corner marked executive offices. I was following her to go to the restroom. She stopped to ask another saleswoman where the restroom was. She was told by the saleswoman the restroom is on the 2nd and 1st floor, to which the other customer responded, my salesman told me there was a restroom on this floor through the executive offices. The saleswoman asked the customer if we were together, we were not. The saleswoman said to me, ma'am come with me. She said the restroom on this floor is for OUR customers in the furniture department. Did I mention I came there looking to see the furniture I thought I wanted to buy? The saleswoman said to me you can use the restroom this time but next time use the one on the 2nd or 1st floor. NEWS FLASH, there will not be a next time. I would not give you my business if you were the last furniture store on Mother Earth! Macy's please do a better job of training your employees.

Today, we went to Macy's to find my future Mother In Laws dress up on the 2nd floor. This associate named Avery, who was attending the dressing room, was rude & unprofessional. When I was assisting my future MIL he stopped me and said I need to stop bringing in dresses for her to try on..... this was my first time out on the floor, and I got two more dresses for her to try on after putting away the previous dresses we got. The way he said in front of everyone while people were waiting was uncalled for. There were multiple people that were there before us who did not get reprimanded, but ONLY me. He stood there like a bouncer at a nightclub & most of the time not doing anything and If he did check out the rooms he would go into the rooms that he could clearly see a purse was left inside and make the girls uncomfortable while waiting for him to get out! We went to Dillard's instead and found more dresses and options!

This is for the furniture department ( mattresses). We came by to double check the kind of mattress we purchased at Superstition Mall location (awful experience). Michelle from Fashion Square Mall was extremely knowledgeable, stated the difference in firmness, number of springs and difference between all the different models. We were buying a mattress for our daughter and wanted to make sure that we were getting the correct type for her being 4 years old. Thank you so much!

This review is for the Macy's furniture department. I needed to quickly replace a mattress and based on my previous positive experiences with Macy's furniture, I went to the Fashion Square location. I was fortunate enough to be be assisted by Andy H, who was able to recommend a few high quality mattresses that completely fit our needs well within my price range. Andy was attentive and genuinely invested in making sure I was a happy customer and went well above and beyond to arrange a speedy delivery. A true gem! 5K+ STARS FOR ANDY, thank you!

NATASHA at customer returns I listened to how she treated 4 customers ahead of me and she is so incredibly unkind and short with people , why oh why are these people hired ?? Each customer I could tell didn't appreciate either how she was treating them , Natasha doesn't speak clear either , very hard to understand what she is saying but that's no reason to treat the customers how she was !!!! Natasha should certainly have a talking to about welcoming customers and putting on smile at least !

BUYERS be AWARE. I purchased an expensive Diamond ring worth a few thousand dollars a few years back on the terms that I can get my ring upgraded anytime I wanted and I would pay the difference. They made me purchase a lifetime warranty to have that option. 6 months ago I stopped by to take a peak and see if I liked anything and decided to wait a bit longer, they found me in the system right away and all was good. I went back again 2 weeks later and then all of a sudden they couldn't find me in their system even though this time I had my ring and the original receipt with me. I thought they were wrong and didn't think much of it since Nothing I tried on was the one I liked. But when I stopped by again to finally get this done a lady there at the jewelry counter told me that there is no such thing as a lifetime warranty that I paid for and that it expires after 3 years and that I had to renew it. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT. So I'm stuck w a diamond ring that I don't want and I can't upgrade and brings me bad memories. I was lied to and feel cheated and when I tried to call a manger there is NO WAY in hell we could get through or even get any help from customer service when I called corporate. They put me on hold and said they would help me. The next thing I know I'm on that "please select an option menu" again and hung up and no one called me back or address the issue.

I shop at the store in Mesa. Customer service is great. Eleana in Jewlery is always a gem. She keeps me coming back. Ermila and Mat are awesome in apparel. Ermila even suggested using my AARP card. Customers were thanking Mat for their service, as I was letting him know I appreciated how he went above and beyond to help me have a satisfying shopping experience. Jordan and Dani are also amazing. One manager I can't remember his name, but he is all over the store. He is there if and when you need him. Very friendly and positive. This store has a good reputation with me. I recommend everyone go and enjoy the experience. Very disappointed Darius is no longer with your store, but all good things must end. Lol not at Macy's!!!

Macys has really gone downhill and I won't be back soon. The shoe selection sucks (technical term). They have few styles and even fewer sizes. They have approximately 5 employees in the entire store at any given time. Most of the fitting rooms are closed. And finally they have changed their return policies and are dicks about returning anything. See ya macys. If you go out of business, it will be a good riddance.

Five Stars. Parking here is not hard at all for this store. Yes it's not as busy which helps. The store is clean and organized inside. The staff seems very tenured and knowledgeable. The person who helped me this last week in the top floor in home furnishings I would give 10 Stars if I could. He helped me with the coupon and just was very pleasant to deal with.

This is just a MAJOR suggestion to the people who run the website. I looked up online before I went there to see if they accept Apple Pay because I had misplaced my debit card. Says right online that they do. So I go in, get my items, am at the register all rung up and I put my phone up to the keypad and nothing effing happens. I'm like "I think you're keypad isn't working and cashier says "We only do credit, debit, or Walmart credit". WTF?? Considering most their product comes from China I'm stunned they don't take Apple Pay. And why do you advertise you do? I left all my crap behind and left.

The store was pretty clean and somewhat orderly feeling and Martha in the mens department was soo nice and helpful! BUT the music was sooo LOUD!! It made shopping very stressful! We had to yell "What do you think of these pants!!" And "Do you like this?!!" How frustrating lol. But, Martha, the mens captain was amazing!

ordered cashmere scarf online. paid extra to get it before xmas. other items arrived 12-23 except scarf. I checked my account...delayed to 12-28....I WAS NEVER INFORMED OR EMAILED. I don't have a gift for my niece. I'm sick and cannot go out. I have nothing. Ordered nordstrom GC, i hate giving GCs. MACYS cust svc told me to hope it gets there by christmas eve. Was she kidding? she promised my shipping back but didn't refund it. MACYS UNRELIABLE and frankly going down the drain. I'm shopping elsewhere. and I'm returning all macys gifts that I haven't given out yet. MACYS IS NO LONGER A FRIEND OF MINE and they don't care.
