Placed a large order last week in the store with the sales person. I had placed an order 5 years ago to a different delivery address. I updated my new delivery address at the time of the order and made sure they knew the address had changed. Today got a notification that the sofa shipped to my previous address from 5 years ago. I clearly updated the address when I was there. Now my order has to be re-routed through FedEx and will be delayed. Very disappointed in the carelessness and lack of attention to detail! Especially for a repeat customer.

Absolutely wonderful! The customer service is outstanding and the furniture is phenomenal. We love our Sactional so much we decided to purchase a second! And the City Sac has become our teenager’s favorite seat.

I am shocked at the lack of customer service at lovesac. We ordered a couch in the Fashion Square store in the middle of November and paid $15,000 for a 1 to 1 1/2 week delivery. After not hearing from them by December, we reached out to their customer service. Instead of responding in 24 hours as advertised, they responded in 72 hours and told us that four or five of the pieces were on backorder so therefore the entire couch had been held up and would not be able to be shipped until late December or January AFTER THE HOLIDAYS. I am right now in the process of trying to cancel my order and finding an alternative.
