Terra was an amazing support to my family and I!! We purchase a LoveSac through Costco and it was around the holidays, with the hustle and bustle I couldn’t get time to sit on the line with customer service to address a missing package (a seat/ottoman). We happened to be vacationing in Scottsdale and stopped at the mall late before heading back to our hotel. Terra greeted us with a warm welcome and an amazingly positive “how can I help you??” Attitude! I explained our situation and she quickly took my information and let me know she’d work hard to resolve it, but told me we didn’t have to wait around, she’d email, call or text me. Within a few minutes, she texted me that she’d work on it tomorrow. I received confirmation that a replacement ottoman was on its way, not even 24 hours after we stopped in!!! Couldn’t be happier and am so grateful we stopped into the mall last night. Very glad we invested in LoveSac and can already tell customer service is definitely a priority! Happy New Year to you all and a special shoutout to Terra who really was a 10 out of 10!! Thank you, Terra!!

Impressed with the quality and flexibility of sectional arrangements. Researched online but felt the need to touch and sit on so I went to the local store. Sales-rep knew her products and anticipated and could answer all my questions as I rambled on in my thought process. After thinking through my application I was able to finish the order and pay over the phone and not have to return to the store. 1-2 weeks for delivery and I should have what I was looking for.

Terra helped us create our dream sectional in just a few minutes. Our shipment was first set for 2-3 weeks; though, it actually shipped right away and will arrive in 2 days! Amazing service! Can’t wait to enjoy our first Love Sac!

I will never ever recommend this company to anyone ever again thought I bought the whole couch for $8000 and when we got the couch it was missing 7 of the side covers only to be told that it didn’t get ordered and that we need to come out another almost $1000 to get the complete couch don’t ever go to this store the customer service # also told me that I would still have to pay the customer service all around was ridiculous it’s not my fault that you messed up my couch order I will now be returning the couch and never stepping foot into another love sac store or recommending to anyone stay away it’s a rip off

We are still waiting for the stock covers that were promised in time for Christmas. We made our cover selection based on what we would get in time for Christmas and it’s now after Valentine’s Day. We did get part of our order but not the actual love sacks.

Kit and Josh are amazing. The amount of work they put into helping us with our order was over the top. We originally bought a Costco set which we were not in love with. After several trips back to the showroom we are delighted with our final selection. We ended up with a custom order fabric as well as removed the paneling. Josh made a great suggestion the get a fuller back pillow and Kit helped with every detail, return and purchase. Thank you both!
