I had a wonderful experience with Michael Snyder in the mattress department at Living Spaces! He really was an expert at how the different mattresses fit and helped different peoples bodies. He had me try at least 4 different mattresses to compare their comfort. And I finally found one that was perfect for my needs! Thank you again Micheal, for your expert help!

Our salesperson was helpful. We came in to get a replacement Bedgear Storm 2.0 pillow as the zipper on the one we got just over a year ago failed and was just past the warranty. We bought this 3 days ago but it had not yet shipped to us.

I can't believe I've never been in the store before great selection and the supervisor that helped us ultra, friendly and knowledgeable.Bought a couple umbrellas for my patio and a couple chairs and I will come back for sure!!!

There are way too many employees. They are all very nice, but having to say I am just looking around 5x is a bit much. Then the things I picked out were mostly out of stock. It also seems like they need more employees back of house. We were unable to leave with our 'As is' dresser because no one was in the back to help...none of the 10-15 employees working the floor are trained for that.This being said, I am happy with my dresser and end tables. Had to go elsewhere for the couch though.

Don’t buy from this store. They hound you to buy the warranty and tell you how easy it is to file a claim and everything is covered, but that’s not the case. We filed a claim on our couch that ripped at the seam on a part that you don’t even sit on so it’s crazy this even happened. We got denied and went into the store to ask why and they told us nothing they can do we have to dispute the claim and if it gets denied again too bad nothing they can do. This is a $5000+ couch and the warranty wasn’t cheap and now you aren’t even honoring what you sold me and told me was so easy to use and it’s just “too bad” “not our problem” “nothing we can do” HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service and they just blatantly lie to get your money. We bought the couch a little over a year ago so it shouldn’t already be falling apart. Worst part is we recently bought a lot more furniture from them and now I’m regretting it and want to return it based on this situation.EDIT TO ADD……Want to add it might look like this store is trying to do right by reaching out on this post but don’t worry it got us no where and we are still getting the run around. They are now claiming its because the fabric is frayed…. It’s a woven fabric the fraying is what happens when there is a rip at the seam……

Kris was super helpful. She understood my budget constraints and assisted me in finding two couches that fit within my budget. Her knowledge extended to various products in the store and fabrics, which was incredibly helpful. Kris was patient and allowed me the time needed to make a decision. The next day, my couches were delivered to my home promptly.
