**Labcorp—train your phlebotomists and give them the support system they need.**
My experience on 6/12 was unacceptable. To start, the phelobotomist jammed the needle into my arm without warning. She couldn’t access a vein, which is a first for me. She started digging the needle around in my arm, pushing HARD. It was forceful and unprofessional.
For reference: I have big, unsightly veins that phlebotomists normally love. I’m an easy stick. I also have a high pain tolerance. (I once stepped on a thumbtack and barely felt it.)
Anyway, after several HARD jabs and rifling the needle around in my arm, I yelped. The phlebotomist made an excuse, jammed the needle even harder, and then stormed off. No apology, no goodbye, nothing.
Someone had called out sick. This woman was clearly stressed and overworked. But she also took it out on me. Not cool.

Awful! Spent all day calling yesterday to ask a simple question and no one answered once. Don’t bother calling because they won’t answer their phone. Left a message and when they called the next day, the lady talked over me whole time. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I've been to the Princess drive location several times, and both times have had poor experiences. The self check in kiosks barely work and then when it cant read your driver's license, you must stand there with a line behind you while you spend 5 minutes typing in all the data they already have. Incredible time waster. I told the tech about my veins that tend to "roll" ( move)...she sarcastically said "who told you thaaaat?". Ugh. The second visit i asked if they could just check me in manually since no one was there in the waiting room and kiosk was acting up again. By the time the tech came out to "prove" the kiosk worked I had gone through the hassle of typing all my info in. The 2 techs proceeded to sit and have a personal conversation for 5 minutes, letting me just sit there in an empty waiting room. When they finally decided to call me back the tech literally did not even look up at me once. I am astounded this place stays in business and these two passive aggressive haven't been fired. SONORA QUEST EVERY TIME from here on out.

Horrible experience with a staff member. Make the extra drive to another office that hopefully abides by medical best practices. I rarely write reviews but my experience was absolutely unacceptable and no one should ever go through that at a doctor’s office.

Here for a blood draw, electronic check-in terminal (on the left) had trouble reading info off my driver's, big deal: had to spend a minute entering it manually. One other person here, no wait: sometimes you get lucky (4 or 5 by the time I left). I try to go early, before setbacks and complainers wear everyone down. Yumika was cheerful and skillful... I wish all my appts went this smoothly!

The place is "temporarily closed". They should say that on the website. They never answer the phones anyway

With only one person working there “Lawanda” she did a wonderful job. From being the front desk receptionist to the Phlebotomist. She was literally doing 2-3 jobs at once. Incredible and the wait time wasn’t bad.

Very slow and careless!!!!!! They were calling people out of order for the same process. No organization with this location. Nobody at the front counter for help. I should have read the reviews before coming. Definitely pick a new place and don’t waste half your day here. They need major help. Worst lab location I’ve ever been to.

I had a good experience and usually half-faint when giving blood. I can't remember her name, but on Jan 29th, there was a young black lady holding down the fort all by herself. Her name was Lewanda I think. Thank you again.

If I could leave a score lower than 1 star I would. Let’s keep this easy and on bullet points for a quick read of ALL THE ISSUES
•Customer Service is a 0 (zero). Lost my doctor order 3 times, doctor’s office even asked what’s wrong with this place that we have to send this 3 times?
•Double Billed me, went in for 1 blood draw, for 2 separate tests, but they separated, orders to get paid more and charge for 2 draws when there was just 1. This was discussed and confirmed with phlebotomist and LabCopr prior to blood draw to make sure this didn’t happen, it did. Then they fight you on it.
• Not a drop of hand sanitizer in ANY of their sanitizer dispensers. Blood draw lab did not look clean. How can you be coming out of a pandemic and not have any hand sanitizer in any of the four dispensers (lobby and back lab)?
• Have/had an issue? Too bad… You can’t get a hold of anybody
Bottom line is there’s a reason that Medicare dropped them as a lab. My brother is a doctor, dad is a doctor, and other that are in medicine and will not refer LabCorp. Unfortunately, for me, my insurance uses them. I’d rather pay out of pocket and go to Sonora Quest or just pay Mayo directly.

LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS- I blame labcorp supervisors and thier leadership team 100% for not making changes to turn things around after all this place has a 2.00 in customer ratings at what point does the alram go off to make the necessary changes to improve things? 1. We had an appointment at 1 pm and did not get seen until 2:40 2. The order that was sent in I was told (by Tucker) that it was not a proper order when I asked him to call the doctor he said he could not because they were busy. 3. I take it upon myself to call the medical assisstant when I got her on the phone I needed them to talk to him however he was in the back drawing blood and the other person working there, a girl with black hair looked up and said we are busy you will have to wait in the most rudest tone. If we ever spoke to a customer in that manner there would be for sure a write up or worse, She needs to be disciplined for engaging me a customer/patient with such hostility. 4. You have the staff doing the front office paperwork, you need a seperate person for that. 5. Only 1 of the 2 kiosks were working 6. They did not call us up at our appointment time I finally got called up at 1:30 before the rejection of paperwork began. 7. When we arrived only one person was working there (the rude girl) You can not run a business this way, patients are coming to you with orders being given out from doctors and in thier hearts and minds they are already concerned about the results and then to be treated with such lack of emphaty, kindness and compassion is disgraceful!!

Did a drug test and they took 2 weeks to deliver results. In my 4 years of drug testing I’ve never had to wait this long for results to come back. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND.
