“Katie at Hughes Kitchen and Bath is amazing. She's incredibly knowledgeable and is happy to share her knowledge and experience. I called 7 different plumbing supply houses yesterday looking for a round bottle trap. No one had one in stock in the finish I needed. Then I called Hughes and got Katie. Not only did she discuss different manufacturers with me, she also went into welcome detail about why some bottle trap designs are more functional than others. She also offered great tips on maintenance. Luckily for me, Hughes had a bottle trap in the finish I needed and Katie made sure to check their inventory to make sure it'd be available when I arrived. It's been a long time since I've had such a stellar customer service experience. Friendly service is always welcome, but friendly and knowledgeable service? And going the extra mile? Just wow.”

“John has been very persistent in trying to fix our Kenmore water softener which has been broken for over a year. After four different service appointments and replacing numerous parts, everything is working properly on the water softener except for the Connect Smart feature (which allows the water softener to connect to our Wi-Fi so I can monitor it’s functioning through the app). I appreciate his persistence in getting our water softener functioning again.”
“I want to thank Hughs Supply for their speedy assistance on Dec 30. The gas valve on my Rheem hot water heater broke. Jesse from Scottsdale store & Phil from the Mesa teamed up to verify and provide the proper replacement valve for me considering my broken valve was discontinued. The Mesa store was closing soon for the holiday but Phil was able to get the valve for me before closing. I was even able to get a plumber on the same day to replace the valve. A total of 2.5 hours transpired from the time the issue was reported to the time the new valve was install. This was awesome given it was the day before the holiday! Sometimes everything just falls into place! Many thanks to Jessie & Phil for their dedication to a customer during a holiday period!”

“I called this Hayden location and selected plumbing parts option.A very helpful lady answered named Samantha helped me.Samantha works with Ferguson's headquarters in Virginia, inside sales representative that answers calls about plumbing and lighting. She doesn't give up trying to find me a hard to find uncommon part. I needed shortest length (1 foot) 3/8" double ended gas line connector, or 3/8" on one end and 3/8" mail FLARED end on the other end. Hardly anything uses 3/8", so Home Depot and Ace do not carry it, but Lowes did carry 3/8" but it was 36" long. I don't have room in my RV cabinet (to hook up RV fridge to run on propane) for all that hose. Samantha made several phone calls to manufacturers to find me that hose, but some manufacturers were not available. So she had to call me back next day. Well she never did call me back, so I assume she didn't find a 12" hose, but a friend had one in his garage, that he didn't need. I didn't even think they existed. If I had a company, I sure would be honored to have an employee like Samantha. I wish she could work for some of the property management companies that "aren't there for me" and give me horrid service, that I have to beat out of them.”
