My wife asked me to buy it back in Taiwan from the United States, so I came all the way here.Unexpectedly, the products inside are complete, and the chefs are also very professional and polite.Also gave me some small gifts.

My boyfriend and I love their products and have gone through a variety of their products for a long time. I have been using this eye cream from them that I had finished but when I came in looking to restock on eye cream and possibly looking for something different. The employee came off a bit condescending when I gave a negative remark on the product (never saying I hated it, otherwise why would I have finished it). She continued to give her history on her place in the beauty industry, her decade of experience and how my experience with the product is unheard of and I was just applying the product wrong. It’s completely acceptable if she would have suggested ways to apply it rather than go off on an awkward spiel so instead of buying an eye cream like I intended, we walked out.

I love their products, but PLEASE make sure you use the correct shipping address. I called immediately after placing my order when I found out my Apple Pay changed my current shipping address to my old address. Customer Service could not change my order to the correct address. They told me to contact the carrier. I created an account online and called UPS customer service, and they can't change the address until the order is delivered....Kiehl's at first would not refund me or reship my order. After talking with them for a while and wanting to speak to a manager, they refunded me (but told me only this one time). They really need to get a better policy or structure in place in case this happens. Other companies are able to change addresses or resolve, especially if you are diligent in contacting them immediately.

I was blown away by the amazing service that MURPHY gave me at Kiehl’s Scottsdale!!! I came in with a plan to buy some of their products for the first time based on reviews I had read online and when I came in, he immediately asked what I was looking for and what I wanted from my face products. He was so helpful suggesting products for my 25-yr old skin and not only asked the right questions, but did the full service, testing my skin and certain products I wanted to try. When I asked questions, he listened to every detail and provided amazing feedback on what he thought would be best for my skin and his experiences with certain products. I have never felt so listened to when it came to personalized skincare and I would give him 100 stars if I could. He also sent me home with a few samples to try and insisted I come back if there were any issues with my purchases. I’ve always found it to be so inspiring when someone in the hospitality industry can make you feel right at home and Murphy is magic. For this reason I will continue to buy Kiehl’s products, especially at the Scottsdale location!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. This location has the worse customer service and the only guy working was very rude not helpful. I walked up to the counter and they continued their conversation just staring at me.

I shopped at Kiehl's the past 2 Holiday seasons and feel that the product's they sell are of good quality and they offer free gifts if you purchase a given dollar amount. This year I made 4 separate purchases and each purchase qualified for a free gift. Within 3 days I received several notices that all of my orders had shipped with a tracking #. The tracking link took me to the UPS site and they had not received that shipment for 2 of my orders and the other 2 they had no information. A few days later 2 orders showed up at UPS and those orders were delivered. One of my orders was missing the free gifts. My outstanding orders still had no tracking and they were now 4 days late. I called Kiehl's and asked about my free gifts and the 2 outstanding orders. After a considerable amount of time (on hold) I was told by the customer service agent that they were out of free gifts and the orders were being shipped by a different shipper. The agent didn't know who the shipper was and that my orders would be arriving late. I ask when I would be receiving my orders and was hung up on.To summarize, products good, shipping, tracking and customer service room for improvement. Also, don't count on getting a free gift.

The woman wasn’t very helpful when coming in to buy shampoo I’ve been using kiehls since I was a child, I entered the store no one was inside then a lady appeared from the back which was fine but when I started asking if they had anything I wanted in stock nothing was in stock for men only bars of soap which I probably would have purchased except for the strangest reply I got from the store clerk when I asked if I could order through the store to pick up shampoo she replied your better of just going to a Nordstrom or somewhere else… which is exactly what I did. Lush right below the store is eco friendly with their packaging and is against animal testing. Probably boycotting this kiehls till they get some new employees. Which is very sad since I love everything they sell.

Staff didn't care about helping , two members of staff were present but just focused on the only other male customer, guess we didn't look like we could afford a Kiehls product.

Delightful products and beautiful store! Their skin care products are incredible and priced more to the high end. Their staff is not consistently welcoming, friendly and attentive unlike their flagship store in NYC.

Isn’t it standard to offer samples and introduce products to every customer at Kiehl’s? Ladies at this store don’t give any samples ?? I’d rather order online.

I am relatively new to Kiehls and the store in Scottsdale is the only store that I will purchase my Kiehls products from. The customer service is excellent. I had questions regarding many of the products and how to use them. Fortunately, the first time that I called, I spoke to Anne. She was more than willing to take the time to answer all of my questions and she helped me place an order. Since then, I have called and placed other orders and what is most amazing, my orders arrive at my house within 48 hours. I am very satisfied with the customer service at this store.
