I can't say enough good things about Tara, Vanessa and Karen at Kelly Zitlow Group@ Cornerstone. What a dream team, from start to finish they were outstanding to work with and it was one of the easiest loans my husband and I have experienced. We will use them for all of our loans in Arizona. The Kelly Zillow Group was amazing from beginning to end. They are all super knowledgeable and if they don’t have answers to your questions, they have no problem finding the answers and getting right back to you. Knowing we were in good hands every step of the way, made the entire process smooth. Karen was absolutely amazing, every time she called me, you could hear her smile thru the phone, she truly loves her job and helping her customers! Our overall experience could not have been this perfect if he had gone anywhere else and we are so thankful we were referred to the Kelly Zillow group!

My husband and I are first time homebuyers and we used our VA Loan to buy our first house! Tara and Karen with the Kelly Zitlow Group did a great job in helping me through the loan process as a first time homebuyer. They answered all of my questions and guided me through every step in a simple way. The communication was top notch and they worked SO QUICKLY to take care of everything the whole way through from pre-qual to close! Would recommend their team to anyone. My real estate agent, Victoria Jovel with The Noble Agency, recommended them due to their partnership and I am so pleased with the system they have down. They really took the stress out of the homebuying process. 10/10!

Kelly Zillow was at a different mortgage company when I first was referred to her. unbeknown to me, she was leaving that firm and going to a different firm. While I was dealing with her and her assistant she never mentioned any of that to me. One day I got a call from a telemarketer telling me that she had left the firm is with another company. I said I just talk to her assistant on the phone she didn’t say anything about that. Turns out she was just pretty sure she was going to take all the clients she had at one firm to the other firm. Instead of calling the clients and telling them the truth she has a telemarketer call me who lied about cheaper rates at the new firm all that kind of stuff that you’d expect from a car salesman. They had all my records there, they had my wife’s W-2s all the things we needed to prepare for taxes. They had all our taxes and bank accounts and so much confidential information. I couldn’t believe it. It took about two months and 20 hours of phone work to get my confidential paperwork back. I would expect a whole lot more from someone who is dealing with expensive homes and mortgages.

Kelly and team (specifically Vanessa) were absolutely excellent in the home buying process. Being my first house, I had a lot of questions and they were always so very patient and informative. They ran many different scenarios at different price points. They were always accessible through text and phone. I cannot recommend this team enough. I wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future. I would give 10 stars if I could!
