Joy is an Arizona native and graduate of Northern Arizona University. She opened her first State Farm Agency in 1982 in Sedona, Arizona and moved to Scottsdale in 1986. Since then, Joy has become an active member. In addition to providing Insurance & Financial Services, she supports a number of local organizations, including Police Officers of Scottsdale Association (POSA), Family Promise, and Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods (GAIN).
