We purchased a couple of rings years ago and Joe is still providing us with the best customer service of any jeweler I’ve worked with. Not to mention that he was able to take our vision for an intricate custom ring design and bring it to life exactly as we imagined. Highly recommend!

Margie helped us design a special ring, where we harvested diamonds from rings that were from two and three generations of our family. Margie sourced a solitaire for the center stone and did an outstanding job of finding a beautiful diamond. The design is "boho" with an asymmetrical setting in yellow gold. The results far exceeded our expectations with Margie delivering the ring quickly and for a reasonable price. But best of all, we loved working with Margie. She's authentic, competent, professional and positive--and the whole process was a wonderful experience. We can feel this positivity has been passed onto this ring.

Please just go to Joe!!! My fiancé and I (both 24) cannot say enough AMAZING things about our experience creating a custom engagement ring with Joe and his team! ♥️ After meeting with four other jewelers both locally and via zoom, we finally found Joe and never looked back. He was incredibly authentic and really took the time to get to know us and our vision for our custom engagement ring. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us parse through the options that were best for us.?Here was our experience:1. Met with Joe in person to discuss vision, ring size, timeline, and budget (I didn’t want to explicitly know the latter two, so Joe was great about being subtle about it)2. Discussed designs in initial meeting (I showed him sketches on my ipad and pictures of other rings I liked) and he went to work to design a few interactive, custom images/versions of my ring that we could look at live time on our profile with him3. We met to look at diamonds that fit our criteria (D, VVS2, 3.75-4.0 ct elongated radiant lab diamond) and found two we loved that he shipped in to his office for us to see in person. He placed each diamond on a show setting (not just on my finger) so I could see how the ring would wear. We picked the one I loved most and Joe and my fiancé finalized the price/cost separately. —> At other jewelers, many of them said this type of diamond would be hard to find, so I was over the moon at how quickly Joe sourced the perfect diamond)4. Now that we knew the actual size of the diamond we were working with, we met to discuss the digital versions we liked best, made subtle tweaks, and agreed which design he would make for us on his 3D printer. This was a GAME CHANGER because I was able to take the 3D ring home and see what I liked about wearing it vs what I wanted to tweak5. I decided I wanted my ring lower set than what I initially told Joe, and he was quick to adjust and create a new design for us to approve and print out6. We then approved the final version once I wore it for a day or two and LOVED IT! —> I definitely recommend taking the 3D printed ring home to wear to see if there is anything you’d like to change7. Joe worked with my fiancé on timelines and was very communicative every step of the way. I know now that he gave us a 6-8 week timeline for our custom piece, but ended up having it done in just short of 5 weeks! This ended up being PERFECT for a surprise engagement since we already had a trip planned that weekend ♥️The ring turned out beyond gorgeous and I truly will be recommending Joe to all of my friends who are looking to get engaged. His guarantee is just as good as the other bigger jewelers in town (Brilliant Earth, Diamond Guys, etc.) and you get 1:1 attention to design or buy your perfect ring. Thank you Joe for being amazing and making this such a fun and special process for Lou and I! ♥️

I found Joesph after searching online - some of his old mine cut designs were similar to what I was interested in for my engagement ring. My mom and I came in without an appointment and Joe kindly made time for us, showing us stones and talking us through the process and cost of what designing a ring with him would look like. His expertise and the way he presented multiple price point options immediately convinced me that he was the jeweler that I wanted to work with! My fiancé-to-be and I went in and talked through details and began the design process in person but did all the work from there via email which was wonderful since we both didn't live in Phoenix at the time. Shortly after we finished the design I was able to go in and try on a 3-D print of the ring and after we signed off it went into production... We both were blown away at the final product! I cannot recommend working with Joe enough, whether you are local or designing from a distance you will be well taken care of!

Margie is God sent! I was oh so ever undecided when it came to my engagement ring. My partner and I had previously gone to another widely known jewelry company, but their customer service and their inability to customize wasn't hitting it for us. I found Joe Schubach jewelers a very long time ago, even reached out through the chat feature to talk about some of the pieces they had to offer and what peaked my interest. I'm ecstatic to say that this gem of a jewelry store was wonderful to work with. Margie was very patient with my indecisiveness and very last minute changes and questions. Overall, my engagement ring is everything and more. Super exceeded my expectations, I can't stop smiling and looking at my ring, it's absolutely beautiful. When the light hits it...#blingbling of 2.32 carats! Yes!!!

I have worked with Joe and his team on two pieces over the course of the last two years and I couldn't rave about them enough. They have been incredible to work with, sharing every step of the journey with me while being patient with me along the way. Not only did they create two truly unique and custom made pieces for me, they also created a wonderful experience along they way - making me feel heard and special. I live in the midwest but will never buy another piece from another jeweler - I will always go to Joe and his team for future pieces!

Margie and Joe are the best! In our quest for the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands they were incredibly insightful and patient. Together with their help and guidance we were able to customize and design the rings to be just what my bride wanted. She's thrilled. They truly do care about you and its reflected in their service and attention to detail. They guided us through the stone collection and worked with us to stay within our budget never pressuring us to go big and bolder like other jewelers attempted to do. Their location provides an intimate and private setting so that the focus is on creativity and design. It very much reminded me of how things are done the in Amsterdam's diamond district.

I love Schubach Jewelers! I worked with them to design a custom wedding ring with a matching band. Every single interaction I had with Joseph and his staff was wonderful! They were patient as I made my requests and revisions to the design. There was no pressure to upsell or make a quick decision. Once I made my final choices, they printed a copy out with their 3D printer so I could try it on before they made the real thing. My fiancé (now husband!) loved the 3D print and was so happy they offered that service to ensure I was completely happy with the rings. I've had my rings for over a year now and absolutely love the set. It's everything I could have asked for! My wife and I got her engagement ring and my wedding band here and can't recommend Joseph's establishment enough. He's easy going and wants nothing more than for you to be thrilled with your purchase. He has a great selection (from what I can tell, I won't claim to be a connoisseur) and offers moissonite which was really important to both my wife and I. I could write a novel about how much I love the Joseph Schubach company! To summarize, Margie provided us with great customer service (very detail oriented and put no pressure on us), the quality and beauty of my engagement and wedding rings are exquisite, and it makes me so happy to be supporting a company that produces stones that are eco-friendly and simultaneously extremely affordable.
