Justin was as professional as one could be. He took the time to help me while he was off helping another customer. Took one look and sized me up to the T!!!! Without any measurements may I add, which can only attest to his skill set. I will definitely be back!

Super great crew here that helped me and a friend get our suits fitted for a wedding! I had some issues with sizing and the guys were very helpful in finding a solution and at communication when it would be fixed. Thanks Danny for the good work!

Danny was truly incredible & so helpful! He made this the most seamless experience for my husband to get a suit. He made us feel extremely comfortable & went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for an event less than 24 hours away & that we knew how to take care of everything to keep it in the best shape too. He made everything so easy for us to have ready for our event and exceeded our expectations. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for & then some & made this the best shopping experience we've ever had!! Can't recommend enough

Sooooo…. There’s probably a reason they have shutdown numerous locations, and maybe this is why- I got fitted for a wedding, and you don’t know what the bride/groom pick- so you get your suit and accept it- 3 out of the 11 groomsmen were charged and given an incomplete attire- we were missing suspenders, one a jacket and other items… we didn’t find out til the wedding day in Rochester NY- when we called and spoke to the manager and said we needed this fixed ASAP, they told me I could come down and they “may” be able to help us- long story short, they DID NOT (Rochester location) and we were left to run to a department store to “TRY” and put together an outfit that somewhat resembled the rest of the wedding party- also, buttons started falling off of the jackets, pics were ruined etc… seriously, don’t go to them for wedding, don’t ruin your big day… there’s a reason they have been closing locations and this is a PRIME example.

I was very disappointed with how my overall visit went to the Jos A. Bank in Scottsdale, Arizona. I was very excited to go to my first Jos A. Bank store and look at a suit jacket that I have been wanting to purchase for a couple of weeks now. I didn’t really know what size suit jacket I should get so I went to go get my size and try on the jacket if they had it there. The store was very nice and I was greeted when I came in. Then I went to try on a couple of suit jackets and someone came to ask if I needed help. I said that I was looking to try on a specific suit jacket and asked if they had it. They said they only have 2 sizes in it so I went to try them on. All they had was a 40R. So I tried it on and it was too tight, so I knew I would need the next size up. So I asked him if it was available in the 42R. He told me that is is not available online or to be shipped to this store so I was going to have to try something else on. Once I left and got home I looked online and saw that the 42R was available for purchase online. So I was basically lied to and I am very disappointed with how this interaction took place.

Bought a wing tip tux shirt. Nice shirt, came with studs and just 1 cuff link. Called store and was informed they don't come with cufflinks. I asked why there was 1 in the package. He didn't know. Sales kid was fine, but I can't kick the feeling I got screwed on the deal. Paid over 70 bucks for it. Shirt is nice. Had to go get cufflinks from Amazon. Not many places carry them anymore.They either come with cufflinks or not, but don't have one showing in the package.

It was a little busy, but great service when help arrived. Nice selection of Biz Casual men's clothing and fair prices. I'll go back.

We interacted with one of the tailors, Justin, who was absolutely fantastic! Polite, great at getting the work done, providing great suggestions, fabrics, tailoring details, it was the best experience I've witnessed when suit-shopping. I'm going back soon or sure!

Wow, the staff here was stellar. Helpful, kind, patient with two teens needing suits on short notice. My kids feel fantastic in their choices. So happy we came in this evening!
