I loved my experience at the Kierland location! Jen was incredibly helpful and so great to work with. The store has so much great merchandise available! They only have a couple of each size out on the floor most of the time, so don't be afraid to ask for your size. The staff are super helpful about getting you the right size and making your experience pleasant.

The first time I walked into the Kierland location, I was greeted warmly by the staff. I was able to shop for what I came for but also received suggestions on other pieces. Their honest take on what I tried on was a welcomed relief. There is nothing worse than getting something you're told looks "great on you" and get it home and realize that's not so. The honesty is not pushy, I didn't feel like I had to purchase anything. I was offered water and the Team there was focused on selling, but more importantly making sure I had a great customer experience. Since that first visit, it's the only Johnny Was I purchase from and I really do feel a part of the JW Family. It's a great store with great products and an amazing Team.

I love ❤️ the Johnny Was in Kierland Commons. I always feel so special the second I walk through the doors. Roselle, the store manager, and the entire team are upbeat, friendly and so welcoming. I always feel like it is being with my best girlfriends laughing, visiting and nourishing one another. I feel privileged to have such a caring village of women in my life.

Roselle is an awesome manager. I actually live out of state and Roselle & I have never met, yet. She works with me through phone calls, emails, and texts for sizing and garment information. Her service and dedication are invaluable to me. She's always delightful to talk & work with. I hope to meet her in person soon when I visit Sedona. You will love Roselle as well as her hospitality. The Johnny Was at Kierland Commons is the best. Roselle, the manager is great to work with, always accomodating and willing to help however needed, and the staff is equally as helpful. Always a pleasure to visit the store and talk with everyone, beautifully decorated and excellent selection of JW Mercandise.

I shop at this store from my home on Kauai. Roselle and her staff are wonderful- easy shopping. You get the Johnny Was catalogue or an email from them, find something you can’t live without and call the Scottsdale Kierland store and it ships out the next day. I highly recommend them.

Roselle (Kierland store manager) and her staff provide attentive, friendly customer service! I was recently in store looking for a dress for my son’s wedding and enjoyed the attention, friendliness, and service “extras” like sparkling water, goodie bags. An excellent experience!

stopped in while walking around the commons simply bc the outside was pretty, i was instantly greeted by a sales woman who's first words after hello were "we only carry up to a size 4 here" insinuating that i ~clearly~ couldnt wear anything from here, i left before even looking at their overpriced, ugly clothing bc i instantly felt unwelcome. telling by reviews this must be a common experience here. what if i was buying a gift for someone else? oh well, not shopping somewhere that apparently isnt size inclusive at all. weirdest thing was that upon looking on their website they do sell plus size clothing up to a 3x and straight sizes up to a xxl. so idk do the owners tell their sales people to discourage people from shopping here?

I had heard of this store but never visited. Beautiful exotic type clothing for women. If you want something unusual, quirky and colorful this is the place to visit. Very nice staff person is there to help or answer questions. A very nice selection of womenswear for the upscale casual look. Free street and lot parking. Valet parking outside.

This store is fantastic! My mom and I always have so much fun shopping at Johnny Was. Roselle and her staff always make us feel like we are valued and appreciated special customers. Recently I caught an online sale on a beautiful kimono. Unfortunately the stock ran out before my order could be completed. Roselle searched company-wide and found one in a smaller size that would work for me. I was thrilled. Great store, great merchandise and great staff.

Just LOVE!!! I recently purchased an amazing caftan with butterflies. I wore this for our vow renewal ceremony just recently. It could not have been more perfect, and I received too many compliments to count. I also picked up an amazing floral dress. So cheerful. Roselle is an amazing person. She extended the right advice for the right pieces. I could not be more pleased.

I live near Philadelphia and am only in Scottsdale a couple times a year. Nevertheless this Johnny Was store in Kierland Commons is my “go to” place either in person but mostly on the phone. They are always there to search out a style or advise about fit. They email me about their promotions so I always feel I’m present even if I’m not.There are Johnny Was stores near me in the east, but none have the dedication to service that Roselle and her team have. I am grateful for my experience with them. Bravo to you all!
