I wanted to write a brief review of Joe and specifically one of the associates, Karen. We have been with State Farm since we moved to AZ in 2017 and my wife and I can't say enough nice things about Karen and Joe. Customer service is so important in their industry and they go above and beyond. Karen has been so prompt and kind in helping us find renter's insurance, homeowner's insurance and car insurance. From moving apartments to buying a home, Karen was always there to assist in the change. I simply wanted to say "Thank You" to them for all they have done for us! If you're in need of good reps, I sincerely hope you contact Joe and Karen.

I had my catalytic converter cut out at my work and discovered it at 445 PM. I called State Farm and placed a claim and contacted Roadside assistance for a tow as my car wasn't driveable. I never received a text or a returned phone call. Why do I have state farm roadside assistance? I am very unhappy with State Farm Insurance.

We've been with this company since we bought our house in 2013. We were pleased with them until January 2021. In February 2014 our house was broken into. We submitted serial numbers for everything and received a check within a week. In the summer of 2020 we needed both windshields replaced due to numerous dings and cracks. During very heavy rain storms we had some leaks inside the house. It was an annoyance but nothing a bucket couldn't fix. We started to notice water spots on the ceiling throughout the house and decided to have a roofer come out. After a thorough inspection he noted hail, wind and rain damage. The roofing company contacted our insurance company to get the ball rolling. David Brakefield came out a couple of weeks later to inspect the roof and inside the house. He concluded that there was no wind, hail nor rain damage to the exterior but there was some water damage on the inside and we were issued a check for $430. I informed the roofing company of David's report and they suggested we request a second inspection and this time they would be here for it. Well, State Farm sent David Brakefield back out. He and the roofing company inspect the roof together. The damage our roofer found was easily explained away by David as bird droppings. Long story short, State Farm sent a letter in the mail letting us know they were dropping our home owners insurance but keeping us for life and auto. WHAT!!!!When I called Joe Dufek's office I spoke to Karen who had no knowledge of this letter. When I asked her why were we being dropped she said it's because "we have too frequent claims." EXCUSE ME???? I told her we have different definitions of the word frequent. She offered a weak apology and said she would speak to Joe and get back to me. About a week later I finally get Joe on the phone, after I called him many, many, many times. He too was surprised by the letter. How is it possible that State Farm can yank his clients without him knowing about it?!?! State Farm is crap! This office is crap! I am self employed and Covid has negatively affected my business, but here we are paying for a new roof out of pocket. Joe did apologize and offer to refer some brokers to us. State Farm gladly took our money on time every month but now that we needed a new roof the kicked us to the curb. I'm sure they are no different than any other insurance company, I just haven't been screwed over by any of the others.

I like Joe and his office. I have three policies with them. His office and staff are always prompt and professional. The pricing he was able to give me on policies beat out other insurance companies considerably. Most of the time, I deal with his staff. The 3-4 times I have dealt with Joe, himself, I found him to be awesome to work with. I am not sure if the one star review I read is real. I find it hard to believe that Joe would be anything but pleasant based upon my dealings with him.

I have been with State Farm for 20 years and a few years specifically with Joe. Unfortunately, I had to use my car insurance due to a recent accident. I can honestly state how wonderful State Farm has been with the entire process! I had no clue what to expect and had heard horrific stories with other people's experiences with their insurance, but I have to say my experience was so smooth and painless! Karen reached out to me after the accident to check in and make sure everyone was ok. And each person I spoke with was knowledgeable, caring and made the situation so simple!! I am so pleased with my experience with State Farm and specifically with Joe Dudek's group!

Absolutely the best, I have been with this office for over 20 years. The best service, the best staff, and this agent has always gone above and beyond to take care of all of our insurance needs. And past that, he is a great guy. Have referred him to over 30 people and they are all still with him. WOULD NOT go anywhere else....

This guy is rude, and very unprofessional. I found another State Farm that will treat you right. John has an attitude and likes the sound of his own voice, without even hearing your questions. Respectfully!
