Can’t say enough good about the experience I had. I had an older sterling piece that needed some repair. I had found them through the internet and sent them an email on a whim! I heard back super quick and was able to send the bracelet and got it fixed and returned very quick! I will 100% sent any future repairs to them!!

I had an old turquoise ring of my aunt’s repaired here. They did a phenomenal job of repairing the cracked and stained stones. The best part is I live in the midwest and was able to send them my ring for these repairs. I recommend this place to anyone in the US for their turquoise jewelry repair needs.

I can not say enough about Old Town Jewels. My Dad and I live across the country in another state and Denise and the silversmiths helped make our dream a reality for what we wanted to do for my mom for Christmas. We had a piece of her favorite jewelry piece from years ago (a Begay turquoise watch). It had since broken and all she had was a piece that she has held onto but never could find anyone to repair/create a new piece. We have asked local high end jewelers to take on the project but the only turquoise they had looked almost like fake plastic beads with no character. Denise made the whole process of designing the new piece so easy and it was so easy to trust them at OTJ mailing out such a loved piece of jewelry. So grateful I found Old Town Trading and Jewels. During my last vacation the stone fell out of one of my favorite rings. It’s not a very expensive ring (blue lapis stone/sterling silver setting) but, nonetheless, it’s important to me. I have not been able to find anyone to replace the stone nor have I been successful finding a stone like the one I lost. Old Town not only had a good variety of blue lapis for me to choose from, they cut the stone and set it for me in less than 20 minutes. I love my ring and I love the staff at Old Town. They were so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them!

Went here for native American jewelry repair. They have a jeweler on premises. Turn around time can sometimes be quick. Prices seem reasonable.

For years, one of my favorite rings sat in my jewelry box unworn due to a missing piece of Turquoise. Thank goodness I found OTJ on the internet! Denise at OTJ helped me every step of the way.
