This place is so good! I would never go anywhere else I used to go to the competitor whose name I would not mention I’ve been going to this one for years. Xavier, the Manager on duty with the Mostest,,helped me today after my wheels didn’t get perfectly clean. He went over and above, and the person that was in the end of the line when my car came out, LEO, he was really personable too. Also Jennifer up front is great. Inside store, when I go , also A+
Hats off to Louis & Christian as well EVERYONE THERE SUPER.
THEY ALSO HAND DRY YOUR CAR THE COMPETITION CANT COMPETE
It so far and way better than any other place. Highly recommend to get the monthly for like $20 well worth it!

This car wash is the worst. I pay for a monthly membership and the plate reader never works so I end up sitting at the automatic gate for 5-10 minutes every time waiting for an attendant to come open it. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A MEMBERSHIP HERE!

Came here for a redue detail service I paid 200 dollars for at happy valley, thinking this place would definitely do a better job, NOPE I was wrong. No one said one word to me here, nothing was fixed. Here’s the secondary pictures. Do not go to Jackson’s for a detail, and don’t make a silly decisions like I did thinking just because it’s Scottsdale you’d get treated better. They scammed me 160$ for a 40$ service I paid 200 for. Paid $150 for a detail and they made the dash dirtier than when I left it. Missed many spots and very evident it was a careless effort all around. Worst part is they had the car for the entire day and still didn’t do a good job. Don’t waste your money!

Awful! 1 start since there are no zero or negative stars. Paid for Ultimate and Hand-Wash. I'm the sucker apperantly. Truck was barely wet, no vacuum, no mats, no nothing...
This carwash needs to be closed - it is not redeemable business!! Avoid!

Paying $100 for a "handwash" for that tender loving care for the Mustang. Unfortunately, they didn't do anything beyond the front seat on the interior. Apparently, if not a four door, there is no cleaning of the backseat area, including the interior windows. I mean come on. Lesson learned. Won't be back. It is clear from reviews and comments that quality is quickly declining. Shameful.

Have had multiple issues with this location when using a multi car wash plan. If the attendants had a better attitude I wouldn't be bothered by their attempts to explain why I couldn't use the plan. However, have had no issues at other locations in the Phoenix Metro. Will avoid coming back here.

I've never had any issues with this location and company until today. The last time I was here was when the members pass lane was just quick wash lane. We returned today and our sales associate was Jeff Myers. I was here to get a quick wash. The way he approached my car and mentioned I need this and this done and tried to sell me everything under the sun. When politely decline everything, he began to have an attitude. The experience and prices are a huge no for me. I also noticed the prices were extremely expensive for a simple plain wash. I ended up paying $26, and I immediately regretted it.
I could go to QUICK QUACK or CLEAN FREAK for a lot cheaper price that WILL include dashboard wipes and microfiber towels with less of a hassle to purchase a quick wash. I'm extremely disappointed and I don't recommend this car wash.

John at Jackson’s delivered me exceptional service! He took the time to shine my grille making it look very clean. Great place of service. Dra and Mike were exceptional as well.
