Well folks, I never thought in the 21 years that I've purchased and supported the Breitling brand that I'd ever have to do this but here's the full version. Last year January 2023 I had noticed on my Super Avenger that the second hand had fallen off its spindle on the face and was rolling around loose behind the crystal and also that the watch hands stopped their normal scheduled rotation. Dropped off at Scottsdale location and proceeded to have the watch shipped back east for a full service and repair. They completed the full repair and picked it up in May 2023. Fast forward to January this year the SAME thing happened to the second hand and watch stopped ! Dropped it off AGAIN expecting a full warranty coverage. I get a call from Kyle (manager at Scottsdale Breitling) today saying that the service center told him there's impact damage!!! Now I'm sure that was not the case and I'm here telling you all that whoever says anything to the affect that there was impact damage that they are FLAT OUT LIARS! They are in it to shake down any $$ they can out of us consumers! I KNOW I DID NOT CAUSE ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE ! I hope you're reading this Kyle! And I hope you change your mind as this is HORSE S*!T!!!! I've NEVER been treated this way over the last 3 Breitling's I've purchased over the years! I hope it was worth the $1000+ that you went for!

This type of business should be focused on customer service and attention to details but my experience with this establishment leaves me to believe they care nothing about the customers that walk through their doors. I visited back in mid 2022 inquiring about a Rolex to commemorate the completion of my MBA. I am not a watch novice and knew this would take quite some time. My information was taken and I continued to visit the store and message with the sales associate periodically. In the past year, I kept missing the sales associate I was conversing but made a point to stop in and mention I was messaging with said associate. Fast forward to a month or so ago, I find out that associate isn't even with this store anymore and when I was in the store no one told me when I would mention I was talking to them. They had moved to another jewelry store that carries Rolex (that is another issue). Upon learning this and knowing I have been waiting for almost 2 years now the sales associate acted like it was no big deal and then further discovered this previous sales associate didn't even have my information in their "list". Again, acted like it was no big deal. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS! Instead of causing a scene, I calmly left my information, to be placed at the bottom of the list, left the store and then called and asked to speak with the manager of the store. He was good about getting back to me and swore up and down he would take care of me but that was over 6 weeks ago and I have heard nothing! No follow up about status! My suggestion to people that are serious watch collectors is to look elsewhere. Every brand carried here can be found for less with better service. And you can acquire Rolex from else where without these silly games.

I came in tonight inquiring about replacing a band on my watch. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful in suggesting options, sizes, pricing and answering all my questions. I will decide what I want to replace it with and come back in soon. Thank you!

I took a new watch to Hyde Jewelers to have the bracelet sized, a Zodiac World Time limited edition, they did not know how to size the watch and scratched up the bracelet. I have purchased a Tudor for them before, but will not be returning. Cannot believe someone would take stickers off a new watch and scratch it up like this. Horrified. Contacting Zodiac warranty for a replacement bracelet.

I went in over the holidays just to look around and met Derek. He was extremely professional and personable, making the experience very enjoyable. I ended up buying a Rolex the next day from him. We have continued our communication and will be in touch for future purchases. Kudos to Hyde Park Jewelers for having a high standard for their staff. It makes a big difference. Thanks again, Derek. I was on a difficult mission to find my wife a Christmas gift. Luckily, I met Francis (aka "Fran"), she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I came into the store at around 8:30pm during the Holiday extended hours at Fashion Square mall. It was surprisingly busy. But Fran warmly greeted me and she assisted me go through the various options. Do I pick earrings, bracelet, necklace, diamond ring, gold accessories. I brought up the fact that I was actually on the hunt for Chanel sunglasses. Come to my surprise Hyde Park is an authorized vendor of Chanel jewelry. She showed me several pieces. And never pressured me to buy. At around 9:30pm after +60 min of going back and forth, and I was about to leave. She gave me her card, and asked if I would like to return as she could hold some of the pieces. I ended up buying a Chanel gold and Diamond pendent. And arranged for pick it up the next day, as it was 9:45pm after all the paperwork. I returned with my wife, to see if she would like the piece. Fran had wrapped it nicely, and a stuck on a perfect hand crafted decorative bow. It was almost too nice to unwrap. My wife's face was priceless when she opened the Chanel jewelry box, it was a gigantic smile and I could see her eyes light up. As I had spent well over $50K in luxury goods just last month, so I didn't have a lot of options nor was she expecting more pieces, which to some; $50K is nothing. But it was becoming more difficult for sure to pick items that matched her unique taste and get a big reaction. My wife loved the pendant, and then she also picked out a matching Chanel time piece. Hyde Park welcomes anyone, whether you have a $100 budget or a $1 million dollar budget. They also are one of the few authorized resellers of Rolex. If you have specific or discerning taste. I highly highly recommend Fran at Hyde Park Jewelers.

Been working with Scott on getting a Rolex for quite some time now. I know that one is on the way and allocation is tough. But it has been longer than I would have expected. Nonetheless, Scott has been courteous throughout the process and its appreciated. But I have opened up my preferences and I'm still waiting for the "call". Scott means well and always answers questions, etc. so once he calls me for my new piece, it will round out a great relationship.

This is by far the worst customer service I've ever received. I'm in shock and awe how poor it was. To think you're in a business selling high ticket items... too bad. My watch sale will be going somewhere else.

My husband and I are past customers of this boutique and yet on our last two visits we have rarely experienced such poor customer service...ANYWHERE! We were not greeted and while the one salesperson was answering questions for another woman, some acknowledgement could have been made. I was wearing the watch we has purchased there but the associate never even mentioned it. No interest in helping us or locating the watch my husband was interested in. Sadly this was the same experience we had at the IWC boutique, also Hyde Park. Fortunately we have other options for purchasing these brands to add to our extensive watch collections. We will not return to these boutiques,
