I first heard of Joe from a friend who highly recommended him. Joe reached out after my friend told him we were looking to buy our first home. Being a first time home buyer, I really didn’t know what to expect or what I was doing. Joe did a great job of educating us and we really appreciated his transparency. When we first started looking, it happened to be at the peak of Covid when just about everyone was looking to purchase a home. The market was crazy competitive but Joe was relentless and made sure we were taken care of. After a crazy 6 months, my now wife and I, were able to land our first home. We have been in our home now for about 2 and a half years and we are so happy with how everything worked out.Getting to have Joe as our realtor was an awesome experience that we are extremely thankful for, but I think what stands out to me the most is who he is as a person. I had assumed that once the sale was done then we all go our separate ways. Instead, Joe is now someone that I consider a true friend. He will randomly go out of his way to reach out just to catch up or plan a time to get out for happy hour. This is what made the experience for us as it shows that Joe truly cares about his clients.I can say with certainty that Joe is someone I will gladly work with again in the future and someone I really trust. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Phoenix area.

I’ve known Joe for 24 years, and have worked with him in multiple capacities (from high school jobs to referral business when I was in mortgage lending). Few people carry the passion to learn and grow and excel as Joe. He communicates great, cares about the people he serves and wants to make sure their goals are met. In a challenging home buying/selling environment, you want to make sure you have someone who actually is on your side, working for you to get you not just the best deal, but helping you make a well thought out decision that supports your future goals.
