This store has shuttered. Looks like they have closed all their brick and mortar stores and only do an online business. Website does not reflect any physical locations. A couple of years ago, one poorly managed equity investor took on debt to buy out a previous owner. In 2022, that equity investor then sold out to another poorly managed equity investor who also took on debt to buy out the first equity investor. Looks like the second equity investor had no working capital to run the stores as they needed to divert cash from operations to service their buyout debt. With all that debt to service, it's no wonder they stiffed me on my bills for services rendered. The check was always in the mail, the funds were about to be wired or the personnel had changed and the new Payables guru was busy fixing the mess left by the previous Payables guru. They had an infinite array of excuses. I liked the folks running the store so I let it continue in the hope that I'd be eventually paid. Stupid!

I have a recived 1k giftcard and there online system will not take giftcards so I go in the Scottsdale store and there system there doesn't work for the gift card!! I'm Furious!!! Are they going out of business and wont allow me to use my gift card??

Really easy to shop hard-to-find and unique Golden Goose here. Staff is always super helpful and talkative. I like Ivan, he is very knowledgeable about brands and gets me in and out. The guy is VIP vibes all the way.

Employee at this store using her job to get extra friendly with my boyfriend. She had his number to notify him of a shipment for a dress he bought me. She wrote him a very long flattering, complimentary texts, and she doesn’t even know him! LOL! She’s also offering “private meets ups” to drop off and pick up the dress to exchange, when the store location is already convenient/nearby for him. Bizarre!. She is asking details about his relationship, giving him false advice, and making negative comments about me, when she doesn’t even know me and has never met me! Disrespectful! He showed me the messages, and he was surprised!My advice is she does her brainless job selling clothes, and NOT meddle in people’s relationships! VERY unprofessional and inappropriate!! I have never heard of a clothing employee doing such a thing! I also have never written a review, but myself and friends were appalled! We will make sure nobody shops there, and definitely don’t send your boyfriend/husband to shop there, since the girls that work there are using their job for the “wrong” reason.***after reviewing the other reviews on here, I thought this would be worth adding. On several reviews posted, women complained that the store refused to do exchange/refunds. I find that to be interesting, because the girl that worked there… sent a text to my boyfriend that she be would happy to give him a full refund, and even offered to meet up with him somewhere outside the store, to personally get the dress and give him a refund. What a joke! What type of “refund” does she have in mind?! I have never heard of a store that operates that way! It appears this place provides different service depending on your “gender”. Pathetic!

I bought a dress that was around four to $500 and a lot of their product is damaged so they told me that if I sold the button and they would give me 10% what they didn't tell me is that it would be nonrefundable and a final sale. Make sure that if they offer you a discount you know that it's going to be a final sale

Friendly staff people greeted customers and kept the store in good shape. Cheery clothing and some fun bling shoes. I like a store that has seating. Husbands waiting for their partner can sit comfortably. Free street and covered parking. Valet parking outside.

i like the new styles at intermix. i have found the help there to be very good. its small store and is limited in quantity. the prices can be a little pricey.

The salespeople here are terrible so rude , never greet anyone and honestly if I see something I like I go home and buy it on revolve or neimans. I'm not sure if it's their culture as a company but I've never been into one with any type of clientele service. In today's age where online is crushing in person retail I would think a little Hi how are you could go a long way. It is very obvious they do not want anyone in their store.

i love shopping intermix online, but in store is a major NO. the employees here are so rude and act like they're entitled to who knows what. each time i've gone in i've had a not so great experience. I went in recently looking to get a gift for a friend (this place was a last resort) and 1.) i'm not greeted 2.) the people working were just on their phones 3.) gave me dirty looks for no reason at all. 4.) i asked for a pair of shoes in a specific size for my friend and the girl said "hmm these are golden goose's why not try some converse?" i know this is a higher end store but it's not like i walked in wearing a trash bag... I was wearing a dress literally from Intermix and gucci shoes.. I live in Scottsdale.. I am the one paying full price for these items not the employees. no matter who it is or what they're wearing etc.. they should treat customers with respect if they expect to make sales. it's ridiculous!

First time customer at Intermix, and was pleasantly surprised at the eclectic selection of designer items. Everything from very cool fuchsia heels, with rhinestone starburst, to cute bags, sweet tops, and friendly, helpful staff. Would return again, but, was visiting from New Jersey....???
