Brian, Brandi and Ryan have all been amazing to work with. They put out a great product and will address any issues that may come up. Their follow up is sometimes not the best and I have to follow up, but overall I'm pleased and will continue to use their services for all my new clinics.

I so so enjoyed the phone call I had with Brandy, who answered my call and she made me feel like this was exactly the Company for me. She was informed and took time to speak with me. She gave me the email I was to send my inquiry to, and I am so disappointed that it took me sending 2 emails (July 21st and July 28th) to get a response (Aug 3rd) to a question I answered in my intial email, that my name wasn't correct in the email and that it's been 3 days (Aug 7th) with no followup. Brandy deserves a raise and should perhaps be in charge of this side of things. My business needed a great deal of products and luckily I found someone, but this is, frankly, a disappointing way to do business.

My experience was great, I went in knowing what I wanted but not knowing how to get it done. Jordan and Brandi walked me through the entire process and even went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. all of my future decals and signs will be done by image360.
