Ian is the best! As a first time home buyer I went into this process pretty clueless and Ian was there for me every step of the way to answer all my questions! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Ian Sullivan and his team! Ian made himself available, he would run numbers for us on the weekends, and he helped get us a great home within our preferred mortgage budget! Because Ian does have a little bit of a life (other than home loans LOL), when he was unavailable he would shoot us a text and tell us to reach out to Kim Cole! Without a doubt would recommend Ian. He was very organized and deliberate in getting our house closed within the timeline. We had an aggressive close period (3 weeks) and working with Ian felt simple and minimal stress. He called us to give us a heads up before any documents were being sent via email, so he was trustworthy and dependable. We felt like we were always in the loop on next steps but knew it would get done with Ian. We had no question we would close within our 3 week timeframe. Definitely recommend Ian!!!
