Our experience at Hyde Park Jewelers could not have been better. We have had difficulty in finding the "right" ruby ring to celebrate our 40th (ruby) wedding anniversary. Derek helped us find it at Hyde Park Jewelers. His interest and experience made the whole process smooth and enjoyable and he deserves our highest recommendation.

Excellent customer service from this location. My wife had bought me a watch for my birthday last year, and the movement had an issue that would cause it to seize up. The manufacturer serviced the watch over the course of about 6 months and we got it back; only for the issue to resurface. This was frustrating, but the manager Brandon made sure to go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He was able to take the original watch back, over a year after the purchase, and give me store credit to trade up to a different model with additional cash. After a year long saga dealing with this scenario, I was left very satisfied and happy. The manager made sure to bend over backwards to get me what I really wanted, and we really appreciate this level of customer service. We will certainly return as customers after having such a good outcome to our predicament! Highly recommend this location!

This type of business should be focused on customer service and attention to details but my experience with this establishment leaves me to believe they care nothing about the customers that walk through their doors.I visited back in mid 2022 inquiring about a Rolex to commemorate the completion of my MBA. I am not a watch novice and knew this would take quite some time. My information was taken and I continued to visit the store and message with the sales associate periodically. In the past year, I kept missing the sales associate I was conversing but made a point to stop in and mention I was messaging with said associate.Fast forward to a month or so ago, I find out that associate isn’t even with this store anymore and when I was in the store no one told me when I would mention I was talking to them. They had moved to another jewelry store that carries Rolex (that is another issue). Upon learning this and knowing I have been waiting for almost 2 years now the sales associate acted like it was no big deal and then further discovered this previous sales associate didn’t even have my information in their “list”. Again, acted like it was no big deal. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS!Instead of causing a scene, I calmly left my information, to be placed at the bottom of the list, left the store and then called and asked to speak with the manager of the store. He was good about getting back to me and swore up and down he would take care of me but that was over 6 weeks ago and I have heard nothing! No follow up about status!

I have been looking for a Grand Seiko SBGM221 and stopped into Hyde Park to look at their selection of watches. Luckily Craig M. was there to help me look through the incredible selection of GS and other brands of watches in their inventory. Unfortunately they didn't have the model I was looking for, but Craig assured me as soon as one arrived, he would give me a call. I honestly didn't think I'd ever hear from him, but just a week later, he called and said the model I was looking for arrived. Craig made the transaction a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Craig and the team at Hyde Park Jewelers, solid people with impeccable customer service. As Arnold would say, "I'll be back!".
