Up front pricing?? LOL!!!! I'm a single home owner with one job and this placed charged me $500 to do my taxes. Never once mentioned It would cost that much. I almost passed out when they told me It would cost that much. Never in my life have I ever paid that much. Federal for 80$, state for 60$... I did a drop off. Tell me where the other $300+ dollars went? Into the owners pocket?? DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

I would like the owner to contact me. They must know some truths, and must have their eyes opened about some of their extrememely unprofessional employees. It explains why any good ones have left. And these poor tax preparers are left. One tax preparer who didn't want to answer a simple direct question a woman. Who was beyond belief rude, mean, stressful even encouraged me to write a scathing review. I"ll share her name with the owner. As well as the other rude guy. These are franchises. So don't expect consistent quality. I called somewhere else later and thankfully they answered a very basic tax question this place couldn't in a few seconds!

My tax preparer is Suzie Gregorians and she is just amazing. Until the death of my husband I had NEVER had anything to do with taxes except for saving receipts. Suzie is so knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. She lets me know exactly what I need to bring to her for the preparation and will give me advice when I ask. I plan to stay with her permanently.
