Whatever you do, don’t go to NANCY BENTLEY. Absolute horrid service. First, she doesn’t know how to use technology. Second, she’s slow, old and has dementia. Third, she doesn’t know how to do SIMPLE math. Told me to come back with more documents bc she doesn’t know how to calculate simple numbers that I provided, and thought I was committing fraud or something. Just lazy and old. She doesn’t need to be working there. How in the hell does she have a job!

Don't waste your time! I had sent all my documents so I can have my taxes done, how ever William never answered my messages or calls. I even left messages with his co workers so he could call back and nothing! Thankfully I found a CPA who was able to help me!

H&R Block in Scottsdale on McDowell Rd and Miller Rd is a Great Place to get your Taxes done very quick and affordably. I highly recommend having your Taxes done there. Ask for Bill he is awesome to work with.

Do not go here. I went here for the tax advance loan. First I got there for my appointment to find out they took a walk-in right before my appointment. They told me I could finish my taxes over the phone. Then on the phone I repeatedly said I wanted to do the tax advance loan. They filed it and then I find out they didn't put me in for the advance and now i can't get my advance loan and have to wait a month. I would have just filed it myself. 300+ out the window. I'm trying to get in touch with corporate for a refund of services.
