It’s a convenient store in the mall. You’re here to buy cigarettes, scratchers, and maybe a soda. Idk what the people leaving negative reviews expect

I also manage a store in the mall, and absolutely love this place. People shouldn't blame their lack of organizational skills of management ability on this store. I go there all the time for drinks and snacks. This store shouldn't be blamed for not having sponges. Next time, make sure you order correctly.
