This is the second time I've had to go to this facility at honor health. Different medical needs that I needed attentive care for and Both times they gave me Five Star treatment and made my experience as calming relaxing and comfortable as I could have ever hope for. And these professionals care from home he time you walk in until you leave. And their attention to detail leave you with no doubt that you are getting some of the best care in the city. Top notch. I highly recommend them for your medical needs.

If you want to pay $1500 for Tylenol, RUN don’t walk to HonorHealth Thompson Peak. They were grossly negligent caring for my toddler who we brought in with a 106 degree fever. If you have anything more serious, take the 1 star reviews seriously and go to a non-HonorHealth hospital or walk-in clinic.

The baristas are extremely rude in the cafeteria. Really need to work on customer service and how you talk to people. Absolutely ridiculous!

Hands down, the best hospital I’ve ever been to. I live a good 20 minutes away from this hospital and no matter what pain I’ve been in, I drive to this hospital because I know I’m going to get the proper care I need. The doctors and nurses are so caring and compassionate and I’m always in and out of here very quickly. I’ve always left this hospital with so much relief. Thank you to all of the staff here! Keep up the good work! You show me every time I come here, how much you all love your job and care about your patients ?

Unprofessional, unethical people work here who need to be reported to their licensing boards. They falsified my medical records and I was shocked at what I read. The staff needs to be criminally charged and sued.

I cannot speak enough about this hospital. It’s the best. From medical staff to everything about it is wonderful. You’re treated with respect , they listen to your problems without making a decision first based on what they see. They do take your opinions highly in regards to what you are feeling. Staff is kind , gentle and listens. They also have the best food. I know hospital food isn’t great at all, but this is the best with an outstanding menu to choose from. If ever in need of great medical service from a hospital this is the one you want.

By far the best hospital I have ever been in. The level of care and concern they show is unparalleled. I have a severe phobia of hospitals and not once have I been scared while here. Every single staff member has gone above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and find out what is ailing me. It's incredibly clean and well taken care of.

I recently spent eight fun-filled days here with double pneumonia. Not wishing that on anyone, I did experience fabulous care and attention from everyone I came in contact with on the third floor. I thank everyone involved for their professionalism and compassion and would recommend this hospital with my highest endorsement!

Amazing, Dr. Silverberg listened and addressed all my concerns, he even took time to listen to all my questions & I can tell he cared about my well being. Great staff and I’d recommend them!

My visit was so smooth, everybody from the front to back office was so comforting. I came in so much pain and I was absolutely terrified. The nurse Alexa and Dr. Bundschuh were so patient and talked me through every single thing. They were so so kind and so good to me. Thank you for your care and expertise!

I have been seen at Honor Health Thompson Peak in the past and had nothing but the best care. However my last experience was not. In the notes it stated that Dr Nichols performed a physical exam including palpitations of my abdomen. The doctor DID NOT touch me. A CT scan indicates diverticulosis which he said would not be the cause of severe constipation and pain in the abdomen. So I was not given any instructions going forward. My visit was 7/23/2024. I am still experiencing the same symptoms. All of the nurses and staff were great......just wish Dr.Nichols
Had shown the same care.

Worst Experience ever. Not even competent enough to hook you up to an iv and heart monitor. I could have died and nobody would have known for hours.
