Purchased a 2021 Explorer at a great price very easy and simple sales process but its when you have a problem that the customer service quality gets tested and Beth and her team worked their magic to get me sorted could not be happier and will be the first place I go for another vehicle. Lots of busy people running around and couple coming and going. It's a used car dealer and they do good. Buyer beware everywhere when you are buying a used car.

I worked with Dan to make my purchase.
He was able to get me in and out for a vehicle I specifically wanted in about 45 minutes. Hannah, who's the finance officer, made it very simple to complete the purchase. Great car buying experience all around. Also, whenever you buy a car, always take it to a mechanic to have them do a once over. Took my new Toyota Corolla to my mechanic the day after purchase To do a thorough check of it. Picked it back up last night and everything was perfect.

Left my Nintendo Switch in the glovebox of the Tesla I rented. Company policy says to have employees check everywhere, including glovebox. The employees here did not verbally confirm the glovebox was checked and when pressed, they couldn't be bothered to at least tell me where the car I rented was (didn't investigate what the plates were!). Asked to get a follow up, never did.To rub salt in the wound, I was double charged for this rental. While some of my complaints are being addressed with corporate, I can't recommend this location based on customer service alone.

I found a car myself but Allie was able to make sure it was there and ready the day I came in. She was super knowledgeable able the car buying process was smooth. We did end up with a warranty and I would recommend Allie if you're a women looking to buy a car. I felt alot more comfortable buying from a women because she understands what I am looking for. It took me a while to find the car I have been looking for.

I bought a car here over 4 years ago, when they sold cars that had about 40-45,000 miles on them greatest car and buy I ever had. Now most of the cars have over 60,000 miles and it seems for about 10% more you can buy new with no miles.

I had a life changing interaction with Allie and Her manager Hannah, both were amazing, funny, kind, they listened to previous issues and concerns. Keeping everything in mind they kept pricing upfront and gave me a car perfect for my situation I'm still ecstatic about it days later. I truly feel like I walked out of there with 2 new AWESOME friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if I could rate higher I would!!!

Okay so Alexandra H. Is so sweet and helpful. She was very honest and helped me try to get a deal for this amazing deal. She communicated every step. I would buy from them again. Needless to say if you buy a car from them you will be in good hands.

Jovane is the most wholesome, honest and friendly customer service worker my husband and I have ever encountered. I don't even want to label him as a car salesman because he comes off as the opposite of that. We just bought a car yesterday and enjoyed saving money without all of the dealer fees and add ons. They're straightforward and honest. We can't say enough good things about Jovane.

After much delay in drawing up the paperwork for purchase, Danny/DJ and Hannah shipped us a car with a broken window and did not disclose this issue before purchase or before shipping. A BROKEN WINDOW, huge crack through the windshield. It’s been 5 weeks since the car arrived, and though they immediately admitted the issue and that they would cover the cost to replace the windshield, action had yet to be taken. They seemingly take no initiative until we remind them (both during purchase and now in dealing with these anticipated repairs).We have registered and are paying insurance on a car that we need but cannot even use. We were really excited about this big and expensive step for us, but Hertz Car Sales in Scottsdale had made this a very difficult time for our family.

They sold and shipped us a car with a broken windshield without disclosing. So no, I don't recommend. Been 5 weeks and we are still waiting on their promise to repair it. Couple hundred dollars going to insurance in the meantime. Really bad service and just plain dishonest.
