    The staff was very friendly and apologetic. That is the only reason I gave 3 stars. As usual, they did not have my car and I had to wait for one. This is happening more and more with Hertz. The Little Rock location at the airport is the worst. They were very honest about letting me know that Hertz is starting to over book... read full comment

    5 stars very knowledgeable very professional always helped me get everything I need for a great budget made renting a car easy .. had a bad experience with enterprise.. this hertz changed my perspective 10 stars for these gentlemen

    Not enough staff. Prepare to wait awhile to be served. Don’t bother calling; they don’t answer or put you on hold indefinitely, or say they will call back, but never do. The manager is rough and doesn’t care if there’s no cars available even when there’s a reservation, but will only upsell you. Just not a good... read full comment
