I met with Shareen Esho today at 9:45 am for a consultation to get rendering images for new exterior paint on a listing at 6131 E Kings Ave in Scottsdale, AZ. I was told that it could take 2-3 days to get the images completed. Today, on the very same day at 12:12 pm I received the images. Shareen did a fantastic job helping me determine the best color pallet to help this home stand out to future buyers! I would highly recommend this service especially if you are a visual learner!

“It seems odd to give a review for a paint store. I really want to thank Andrea (the manager) We had a big paint job, well what I consider big, because we did our house predominately by ourselves and needed a lot of paint. I found Andrea and Rudy to be an exceptional team. Andrea, was helpful in the number of gallons we would need and always made sure that our paint was ready to be picked up when we arrived. In several weeks of purchasing paint there was never a problem and that is a record for most stores these days. Rudy, carried out the large 5 gal. paint containers for us. I guess Rudy is the one who does a lot of the mixing. Again, never a problem! Thanks Dunn- Edwards for hiring such great employees.”

“I called this Hayden location and selected plumbing parts option.A very helpful lady answered named Samantha helped me.Samantha works with Ferguson's headquarters in Virginia, inside sales representative that answers calls about plumbing and lighting. She doesn't give up trying to find me a hard to find uncommon part. I needed shortest length (1 foot) 3/8" double ended gas line connector, or 3/8" on one end and 3/8" mail FLARED end on the other end. Hardly anything uses 3/8", so Home Depot and Ace do not carry it, but Lowes did carry 3/8" but it was 36" long. I don't have room in my RV cabinet (to hook up RV fridge to run on propane) for all that hose. Samantha made several phone calls to manufacturers to find me that hose, but some manufacturers were not available. So she had to call me back next day. Well she never did call me back, so I assume she didn't find a 12" hose, but a friend had one in his garage, that he didn't need. I didn't even think they existed. If I had a company, I sure would be honored to have an employee like Samantha. I wish she could work for some of the property management companies that "aren't there for me" and give me horrid service, that I have to beat out of them.”
“I happened to stop by the showroom in Scottsdale while on a trip to see a football game in Tempe. Immediately upon entering, I was struck by the beauty of all of their doors on display. After a thoroughly insightful discussion, I decided to order a pair of doors for my front entry. While initially, a little apprehensive about ordering (since I live in Oregon), I trusted in the responsive and professional conversations I had with David Woodley. The doors were truly custom, with knotty walnut with horizontal metal strips.
The process took several months (of which I was informed and accepted), and delivery was within a few days of the projected period. And boy was I glad I had made the purchase! The doors are beautiful and I've received endless compliments about them. David always kept me informed, and worked with me in sending samples of the various wood stains as well as the metallic samples of the decor. He and his crew are extraordinary examples of how businesses should operate, and for which I am extremely thankful in both my experience with them, and for their service.”
“Generally has parts that Home Depot doesn’t. The store is cleaner and better organized as well. The parking lot is clean and there’s a large garden center. Also they have a frequent buyer program that is helpful when you’re doing constant construction and landscape projects.”

An associate named Dennis helped him look for them until it was discovered they were still packaged in an unloaded pallet high up on the shelving. “I always have a project in the works, and this Home Depot is hands down my favorite! Even though it's a bit farther from home, the exceptional service makes it totally worth the drive. The team here is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to help. Today, I stopped by for more vinyl flooring, and Daniel and Michelle were amazing! Not only did they help me find everything I needed, but Daniel also didn't hesitate to assist with loading all the boxes into my car. Can't recommend this location enough!”
