My only complaint is their return policy. In fairness I was aware of their policy before making a purchase.... but really wish I had been able to return an unworn pair of shoes for at least store credit. Gucci makes some very nice items, but sadly not always comfortable to actually wear. I'm hesitant to buy Gucci as a gift as their return policy is very strict- if it's too late, you just cannot return even unworn. Be absolutely sure you love and will wear our use your purchase. Not recommended for gift purchases if the return window isn't long enough

Came for another visit. Raul was on holiday but Jess was kind and didn't rush me. Though I didn't find the purse that sparked joy this time, I'll keep returning. I def need to get their contact info though. Clean store, far less wait this time around but it was also on a weekday versus end. I was able to get my item with help from Jess. Ill continue to shop here.

Traveling out of town? It's always nice to recognize a familiar landmark -- like a Gucci store. Scottsdale's Gucci will remind you that there is no place like home, especially when it comes to high end shopping. A nice-sized shop with a great collection of bags, and all the new shirts and jackets for us gents. Welcoming and friendly staff complimented my drip, even though none of it was Gucci (that day). I love buying one or two amazing things when I travel, even when it's something I can get at home; a pair of shoes can turn into a great memory of your trip. This Gucci is worth a stop. Located in Scottsdale's destination mall for high end shopping -- Fashion Square.

I've been to this store multiple times, and usually have great service. But I want to talk about the most recent one.. I went in looked for a specific item, but it wasn't in stock at all. Edgar kindly helped me find a similar one with a different design so that I can test the fit and he was on the lookout for the specific boots I wanted. He is wonderful with following up on the status and accommodating my needs until I was able to acquire the product. He was on the lookout for a couple weeks and investigated different stores to help ya girl out! 10/10 would recommend this store, and go ask for Edgar C.!!!

Jaime is the best!!! Not only does he know the merchandise, but his customer service skills are the best I've every experienced! If your going to this location, I'd ask for him. I will only buy from him.

As I was shopping in Gucci the service was excellent and all my questions were answered as needed by Yuri. He gave me his digital card and treated me very well! Will definitely be back!!

Stay away from Jamie (sales person). He charged me for an item that I ordered than completely ignored me and my wife regarding it's ETA for over a month. I had to reach out to a manager who told me it was never ordered in the first place and now is discontinued and I need a refund.

Had the most wonderful experience, Anne was awesome, and knowledgeable about the products and took her time to help me look for a new belt. The boutique is Beautiful can't wait to be back again to shop more with Anne Gucci is my new favorite fashion House

Walked in with my girlfriend and was greeted immediately with “women’s Gucci is on the other side.” Had to ask for my size multiple times and couldn’t find my account. Had to be handed off to another associate. Totally not a luxury experience. Love Gucci. Just not at Scottsdale Fashion Square.

I don care what people comment about Gucci, I love LV, Prada & Gucci; the reason I love this store is for its Customer Service, I don't care if you CAN or CAN'T afford it, I bust my a$$ to buy whatever I want, regardless of who you are, I am nobody to judge, thanks Pablo (no longer works there) thanks Felipe for taking care of my Gucci needs, now I'm a Gucci fun, low key as well THANKS for what you do!!

I agreed to meet with Gucci Tailor as set up by my salesperson at Scottsdale Fashion Square. When I arrived, I was told that the Tailor was a shared resource with Nordstrom. I had to wait for 1 hr to see Tailor, and then the assigned temporary sales (because my sale has day off), I was told me that I needed to reschedule. I felt this was not aligned with a high-end fashion boutique retailer. If you choose to shop at the Gucci boutique at Scottsdale Fashion Square, planned to be disappointed by sales representatives (specifically your assigned sales have day off), other sales representatives not supporting and providing the attentive service expectations of a high end boutique.

My family and I had the worst experience at this store. The sales staff was rude and not helpful. We planned to purchase several items in the store but based on the total lack of professionalism and courtesy, we didn't spend a dime. I plan to share our experience with as many people as I can. Horrible!

Pablo was very helpful when I came in looking for some new shoes. He pointed out a lot of nice items and helped me find the perfect size. Gucci isn't a brand I typically go for but after this visit, I'll definitely be shopping here more.
