I have been an avid customer for many years. This is the one mechanic that has always been thorough and honest!! I always feel like I am in good hands here and trust they will always try to be the quickest and most cost effective , not to mention, These guys really know cars and Are very knowledgeable . 5 star for sure! special shout out to Glenn, Bob and Kash.

I had original gone to the dealership to fix an A/C problem. I then went Greulich’s to see if they could give me a quote to fix the issue and gave them the dealerships solution. They told me their master mechanic said that wasn’t the solution and the dealership was trying to charge me for work that wasn’t needed. Greulich’s proceeded to charged me $1400 to fix the problem. It did not fix the problem and the A/C still didn’t work. I ended up taking it back to the dealership who did the work originally quoted and the problem was fixed. Someone did unneeded work but it wasn’t the dealership. I wont be going back.

Great experience! Got my son and I Lyfts after dropping off car/picking it up. Great communication from Kurt. He always called me and let me know what was going on and the status of the car. We will be back if my son has future car issues. Thank you so much!

I gave Greulich’s a shot because they’re only a few doors down from where I work and I’m glad I did. Glen and his team at this location are all the kindest and truly make getting my vehicle worked on so easy. I always feel like they’re honest and upfront with me about what I need done, even go so far as to take pictures show me as well. They’re well informing, polite, and as quick as they can be with each service. I appreciate them and the work they do.

I was quite happy with their response time and the cost for the repairs .
It was exactly what I anticipated , they did not try to upsell or find other things wrong with the vehicle .

Top notch service! My car stalled a block from Greulich's Repair. I walked in this facility and explained to Cash that my car stalled on the spot. He was sitting at the desk attending to present issues, and upon me explaining my situation actually walked immediately to my car to test the battery and to assess possible issues. Cash went above and beyond a normal level of service and was great with keeping me informed with the progress of the repair. WELL DONE!!!!
