While my father has used this location in the past with good experiences, I cannot say the same. Today, me and my husband were on our way to Delite breakfast in Old Town. My husband has some passed trauma from experiences in the IDF, as well as abuse as a child. He was in the middle of somewhat of a conniption fit and it seemed as though the individual in one of the turn lanes (unsure if what he did was legal) assumed that it was directed at him, out of frustration. I stayed in the car but as my husband walked out towards the restaurant, it was obvious that there was someone across the street yelling at him. They exchanged words and I could tell they were both very riled up. What concerns me most is that he wears a very bright kippah - with all the antisemitism that currently exists in this country, I am unsure if that was what caused the gentlemen to become so excitable and aggressive, especially outside of the business he owns or is associated with for work. I would advise you to please be careful about going to this dealership if you are an individual of the Jewish faith, possibly others as well.

The list of problems that were allegedly repaired by GCS keeps going. As I continue inspecting my car with my previous mechanic in California. The vehicle has legitimately been ransacked by Mike and Kenny. Parts stolen, repairs they said they made which they didn’t. We are talking the entire front end of the car at this point completely destroyed by these guys much as a result of negligence and theft. If you have a classic car again my vehicle is becoming a total loss. If you love your vintage Mercedes do not bring it here, they know nothing and are scalping and stealing parts for there own benefit.

This is a great shop! I just moved here and have a 1993 MB 300CE convertible. I tried another well known independent shop first and wasn’t happy with the recommendations or estimates. When I thought my heater/AC blower was broken, I found Mike at German Car who told me the issue was just the 30 y/o fuse and had me on my way in a little over an hour. He also recommended a local shop to rebuild the top hydraulics at a fraction of the price of the other shop. This is how you get a customer for life…great service and fair prices.

Always great service and fair prices. They don’t upsell on things you don’t need or try to screw you over. I trust that what they say is factual and are genuine advisors and experts. Finding a good mechanic is one of the rarest things there is, I’ll never go anywhere else.

Mike with German auto is great! I've brought my car here a few times now and have received very excellent and trustworthy service! I've also had to call in a few times and Mike was able to point me in the right direction. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Mike and Kenny took great care of our AMG CLS63 S . After poor service from our previous Mercedes service center I contacted German car service . They provided a competitive estimate for the required repairs and scheduled an appointment quickly . After picking up the car the problems I took it in for were properly repaired . I will recommend this shop to anyone in need of a great German car shop .

Wanted to give these guys my business (brakes, rotors and coolant hose leak) but they didn't seem all that interested. Called for a quote and was told I'd have it later that day, never happened. I get it, people get busy so I called a few days later and left a message, still no quote. I call again today, over a week later for a final attempt and was again told I'd have one by end of the day and...you guessed it, no quote. Only reason I gave them so many chances is that they were recommended by a good friend.
