I live In Oregon & have been looking for a Heckler and Koch MP5 22lr for 3+ months & after researching tirelessly & navigating the web & only seeing the photo with a red stamp that says "OUT OF STOCK"; finally I found one (the only one) at FOUNTAIN FIREARMS in Houston Texas & I am getting financed through Gear Fire so I can make affordable payments to the lender Alabama Credit Union.I've never done this before & was a bit apprehensive about the process.I usually pay cash for my guns but I'm absolutely impressed with my transaction & I would definitely recommend you use them. I wanted to get. an update on the status of my purchase & "Mrs.Taylor"at Gear Fire was amazing!! She was prompt, kind l, understanding and professional (somebody give her a promotion)I Taylor looked up my account, got my phone number and details & called me back in under 1 minute after calling Eric at Fountain Firearms, Taylor called me back and resolved my concerns thoroughly.don't usually leave reviews but recently it seems like most businesses don't care about their customers and are rude & unprofessional. So I want to share this positive feedback when I get treated kindly. After this smooth transaction; I will be financing more guns to build my arsenal so that every man woman and child in my family has a gun for each ? hand & foot for the end times is nigh, best have your affairs in order and make your peace with your maker!!-ChadillaCFresno CA refugee, Pacific Northwest transplant, 2nd Amendment Activist, tactical Firearms Expert, Christian,Conservative, ANTIFA Destroyer & I am a "CRACKER" (So, Bring the HATE!!)

Immature e-commerce platform. Extremely inflexible e-commerce platform. One size fits all nonsense. Allows orders to process and charges customer credit cards when inventory is not in stock at distributors. Poor technical support. AEs seem to be unreachable at most times. Only allows one flat shipping rate e.g. $9.95 to charge to the customer ranging from a 8 oz magazine to a 125 lbs tree stand, dealer has to eat the cost of drop ship to the customer, losing $$$; shipping

Horrible place to do business with they take your money and don't notify you when your order has shipped they have taken over 2 weeks to send my order to the gunshop and wouldn't send it unless he ordered a certain amount of stuff from them I paid for the gun and shipping what he orders shouldn't have anything to do with it do not order from them you will deeply regret it they have done this with 3 guns Ive ordered and its gotten worse every time
