I love how early they open. The staff is always friendly, the store is very clean and I can find everything I need. Plus can't beat $5 for a dzn donuts in Friday with your Fry's card.

This store is an anomaly, cell cervice gets wonky near and inside the building, and the layout is formatted for the most confusion possible. Not to mention got odd looks from an employee, and couldn't find the jam

Had one of the worst shopping experiences here of my life. I was checking out with my 30+ year old brother and my 60+ year old parents for a bottle of wine when our cashier, a short haired woman named Mary, gave us a lecture about how we absolutely did not look of age as others waited in line. I gave her my ID (I’m of age) but she would not let us buy anything until my brother ran out to get his ID, which took 10 minutes. She didn’t ask for my parents ID since they were not Americans and had foreign documents. After my brother got his ID, she then told us how she felt like she didn’t look her age of 68 at all (I am not making this up) and that’s why she didn’t trust us since we didn’t look our age and spent another 3 minutes looking at our ID’s like we were criminals. I felt extremely discriminated against. It was a total travesty. My Caucasian SO was standing there and she didn’t question her at all. Absolutely ridiculous.

A pity there's no such store in N.Y.

Employees refused to checkout my wife when she had $400 worth of groceries in the cart. We will never shop here again. Safeway across the street always has someone available to check you out at the register. Hell, even Petsmart always has someone available to check you out. Just pathetic.

Been shopping at Fry's for many years, occasionally you have to go to more than one Fry's to find everything you're looking for

Just visited the store at 6321 E Greenway. Store was good, but checking out was terrible. Cashier Albert was rude, unhelpful, condescending, and successfully ruined the entire experience. He needs training in customer service or needs to find a job where he doesn’t have to interact with people. I will not be going back any time soon. ☹️☹️☹️

This store's customer service has deteriorated in the past 2-3 years. We have been regulars at this store for over 10 years and have experienced several incidents where employees just did not show any care for customer service, but one employee, in particular, is beyond rude. Albert, who usually works at the self-checkout should not work in a public-facing job. Unfortunately, i had 2 run-ins with Albert, and both times I had to report him to the manager. I don't think anyone will do anything as this is the state of FRY's customer service now. Nonetheless, I want to post my experience in hopes that someone at FRY's management may do the right thing and address Albert.

Good prices but selection is getting poorer with all Kroger and very few name brands.

Unfortunately, we got home and realized we were missing one of our grocery bags, the bag which contained our meat. It was too late to return to collect our purchase. The checkout clerk was busy chatting with a co-worker while bagging our groceries, which most likely was the root cause of the error.
