STAY AWAY!! Incompetent and rude staff. Had 2 hour oral surgery and surgeon had called in prescription earlier in day. Was told importance of starting steroids immediately to prevent sutures from opening. When I showed up to pickup medication was told they were swamped and to come back in an hour. I came back in little over an hour. Now bleeding and still not ready and lady acted like I was a nuisance. Go elsewhere

Although I do not use this pharmacy, I do shop at Fry’s here. I needed a question answered today about a healthcare product. The tech came over immediately.to help me He then wanted an opinion from the pharmacist who came over to the counter to speak to me.I was very impressed by their enthusiasm and willingness to help me. I would feel confident that they would manage my prescriptions very well

Used to be a great location. New staff is awful….. I watched her act as she was the script police for every customer. Dr sent in a new script with a different dose and by law that’s 100% legal to fill. Decided to act as drs when they are not and refuse it despite my drs office calling to tell them the situation. They proceeded to lie every way they could when challenged and left me without a new script I needed to begin tapering off the medication…. Explain that, being punished for TRYING TO COME OFF. Never been a problem patient ever in my history yet pharmacy techs with attitudes like to decide what’s medically best for you. I can’t wait until they are all automated and Amazon takes over cause these people have got to GO. #freedomfrompharmacists #pharmacistsarenotdoctors

I normally don't write reviews but this is so over the top, I wanted to share my experience. I phoned in a prescription, and was told by the automated system that it would be ready by 2 pm the next day. I live 100 miles from the location. I showed up at 4 pm. There was no one else in line or waiting. I was told it wasn't ready. I explained I could not come back due to distance and the clerk informed me I'd have to wait 20 minutes. I won't belabor her insipid replies which were almost laughable to me, but likely would have been infuriating to another customer. What happened next was the mind blower. After a few minutes, a line began to form. The staff pharmacist (Henry Lopez) who overheard the conversation, instead of filling the prescription, walked over to the counter and began to wait on customers as if HE was the pharmacy clerk! My husband witnessed this and got in line. When it was his turn, as Henry cheerfully said, 'What can I do for you?' my husband said, "You can fill my wife's prescription." Henry walked away and started to fill prescriptions, not for people waiting-- there weren't any. He filled a few and put them in bags. Only after that did he fill my prescription. It was as if inconveniencing the customer was his primary goal. I would have understood if others were ahead of me. They weren't. I never raised my voice, never told the clerk what I thought about her or her responses, simply stated that I needed the prescription and couldn't wait long, so I would stand there until it was filled. Had it been otherwise, on an emotional level, if not a professional one, I could have understood Henry's reaction to an abusive customer, but that was not the case. How hard would it have been for him to simply fill a prescription (that once he began, took him less than a minute to complete) while the only customer there (me) waited? That simple action would have turned the event into a positive experience. As it was, he did a great job for promoting the competition. He acted out of spite, pure and simple, and it speaks volumes for Henry, if not for Fry's.

Best fry’s hands down. Full clothing and shoe department, a Williams Sonoma style cookware, utensil section. My only complaint is that the prices on EVERYTHING I shop for have increased somewhat drastically! My favorite health bar is normally 5.99-6.99 a box for 5 bars, and they are now over $10. Seriously? How can they be marking food up like that, middle to low income families/ singles are really going to have to start budgeting. It’s a real pity that billions of the pandemic $$$ went to criminals defrauding our government. You think by now we could do a little better!

If I could rate this pharmacy a 0 I would. Every employee is extremely rude and give 0 shits about their customers. I'm on a medication that has a very short timeline for picking up and after waiting 3 weeks for this medication to be filled I was told by the older lady on the phone that "you'll have to start your process over, we just didn't get to it". I'm sorry.... What? How do you look at someone and explain that you didn't fill their required medication and that it's my situation to deal with? I'm on meds for a reason, and when I don't have them things can go wrong. So if you'd like to remain healthy and alive, I suggest getting your prescription anywhere but here!

I came in to pay for my rent. The lady at the customer service was easily distracted. Then didn't know how to put information into WIPS. Another customer was behind me and asked the manager for help, she said there's only one computer here, if you can't wait you can leave or go somewhere else down there road. I was shocked and agitated that she said that. To make matters worst, I used up my lunch break and didn't get my rent paid. I dislike this store. It's always something going wrong.

Exceptional and friendly customer service for a Covid Booster vaccine. Pharmacist offered a list of vaccines that I received over the past few years to update my medical records. This location goes above and beyond for their customers!

It took me 20 minutes to drop off the prescription, and had to wait for until second day to pick up. The price is more expensive than GoodRX. The person I met was not friendly.

I like shopping this store , one thing I have noticed recently is a numerous amount of pot holes, chunks of the parking lot missing . Would hate to see someone bust a tibia

I love Frys However so disappointed they stopped cleaning carts. It is their responsibility to keep customers safe and keep in line with all other competitors.

Fry's has changed drastically since back in the day. Now it's kind of Walmart on steroids the amount of variety. Yes you can indeed get clothes, supplies and the rest on the left side. Groceries on the right. While they have all your staples, I want to say they are bougy in the most random aisles. Like does their chip section really need 30 brands, including random startups from place like Austin Texas and their ghost pepper chips? No but they have it anyways. I couldn't find it here but there are other Fry's in the Valley that casually have the American Wagyu from Snake River Farms. Like, why do you need that? Back in the day, Fry's was just another alternative to Safeway. Now it's trying to be AJ meets Walmart? I'm not sure but I'm all for it.
